  1. In mission editor, I am not able to select manually any MK-20 among bombs options. However, I can see there are some preset loadboubts with Rockeyes. So, why are we not able to select them manually?
  2. Why is required tgt size? For a optimized fuse time in missiles? I guess cargo planes will be Large, but fighters: Medium or Small?
  3. In the left down corner of the HUD with a missile selected you normally can see "XXX" (that stand for the type of missile and quantity) followed by an additional letter "M" (that can be changed for a "L", "S" or nothing with my joystick rotary axis "base/distance"). I guess stands for "Short" (or "Small"), "Medium" and "Long" (or "Large"). May be in relation to target size. If you have more than one tgt in TWS, you will have 2 letters. I didn´t find any world in the oficial manual in relation with that. Does anyone real know (no "guessing") the actual funcion of this option for air to air missiles?
  4. Finally I found the answer in other post: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=165417 Will be nice to put this "magic"code:1113 in manuals
  5. Lotherk, thank you very much for your information. I was looking that for a long time... http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=159757 I tested both JTAC and A-10C doing succesfully buddy lasing to Su-25T and A-10A. Will be nice to put this "magical" code 1113 in manuals...
  6. Switching off and on electric power airborne, will correct heading fast. But as soon as you enter in Air to Ground mode, will fail again.
  7. Me too. And just only with F-15. No problem with other planes I have tested (A-10A, Su-27 and Su-25T).
  8. In my experience. Su-27 will realease all bombs with a single pickle, even when they are of different types. Example: 2 FAB-500 + 2 RBK-250 all released with my first press of pickle. Tested serveral times.
  9. I have the same question. It will be nice if oficial manual mention that is not implemented yet, like it does with the chaff dispenser(for example), in order people don´t get crazy guessing.
  10. In A10A no code you are able to select. May be A-10C used standard 1688, but would no make diference to A-10A LST.
  11. Oesau, I tried again with one friend lasing a ground TGT with an A-10C to my A-10A but I am unable to see any "diamon" designated for me. We tried several times. I tested it in NAV and AIR TO GROUND modes, but it was impossible. Would you mind to explain how did you do that? Will be very nice for me.
  12. Thank you for the picture, Sryan. I understand that for A-10C with TGP, is useless. But for A-10A without any TGP is better than nothing.
  13. Thank you Oesau. Good to know somebody flying A-10A and being marked successfully from an human controlled A-10C. I will try again with some friends. Have you ever tried with a Combined Arms JTAC?
  14. According to FC3 manual page 137/320 regarding A-10A:  "A diamond symbol on the HUD indicates a target this is being laser designated for you." But working with other human players (JTACs of Combined Arms lasing, or A-10C with TGP) was impossible to find any designated target. Is anybody ever successful with that? Its is really implemented the Penny pod in A-10A? Or a mistake in the manual: For interaction with forward air controllers (FAC) and getting precise target location, the aircraft is equipped with the "Pave Penny" pod, which is a reflected laser energy detector. The Pave Penny pod can detect the reflected laser energy from a target being designated by a third party source. I assume Penny pod is integrated in A-10A built-in, because I dind´t find as external store. Thank you in advance for a simulator-tested answer.
  15. Thank you both, Exorcet and Dutchy93 for your useful replies.
  16. Working with loadouts in A-10A, I discovered two differents selectables ALQs in wingtips. They are ALQ-131 and ALQ-184. I searched info about the later, but unable to find any word in the flight manuals. My questions so far: 1. Any info about ALQ-184 compared with ALQ-131? 2. Initially we can carry both at the same time (one in each wingtip). Could it be useful? 3. In Su-27, its recommended to carry both jammers in wingtips (as indicated in flight manuals), what about in A-10A? Would be useless to carry 2 ALQ-131s? 4. Is there any warning light in A-10A cockpit that advice us ALQ is connected like in other planes? Thank you in advance for the replies to some of my questions.
