Its not working. This is why i asked it. Via Target it doesnt work permanently. I want to disable them completely. After rebooting them, they are "online" again. I searched the forum but didnt found th right answer. So be more precise please if you want to help me.

Hi, i am a fresh owner of the HOTAS WH. I want to disable the backlights, how must i do it? Tried it in Target, no chance. Scripting how? Any help please? Thank you

Thanks guys, this is what i did. Installed Target software, disabled backlights. Its functioning well until i reboot my pc and then its all green again. I want todisable it completely. After rebooting my system, i do not want to have backlights. Salute and thank you LC

Hi owner of the HOTAS Warthog!! I have a little problem that anoys me. I have my new Hotas one week but i cant disable the backlights. I have read some suggestions but neither wworks. 1,Is there someone who can make me a profile only with the backlights off and tell me where to put it? or 2, Writes me down a step by steb tutorial? Target is too complicated for me, i font understand it. I have tried to make my own profile, nothing, backlights are always on when booting my pc. Found a new way for Avira. So, this was my first time too, when avira said: VIRUS ALERT! Every time i started dcs i had this alert. I wanted to stop this as it was going on my nerves. It took a little bit until i found a solution for me. So i uninstalled Avira, installed a new copy and opend Real time scanner in the menue. (Here you can configure what has or has not to be scanned.) Here you can open "search" and then "exceptions". In the lower half i have put Eagle Dynamics and it works now. Avira is on, do not have to disable it every time when playing it. froggy, hopefully this is a solution, for me definitley it is. S!

Hello to ED Team, its the first time that i have such problems. Before i never had some. So lets go and see what i have. I am sorry if i bother you with such problems, but hopefully you can solve this in the future. After installing patch 123 i had missing textures, especially cockpit textures. I found the problem with my AV program Avira. As mentioned i never had this before. If yes, i have the same problem, my anti virus thinks its a virus (patch 123 updates). Its getting me crazy. Even dcs.exe seems to be one. Then, before starting DCS i have to disable AV program. PS: AV declares A-10 cockpit dll and that for the P-51 too as a virus. Thats why cockpit textures are missing in my case. Thank you and S! LC PS: After the procedure i made a new install of P-51, but that didnt helped me.

Hi, had the same problem with Avira (sucks). My experience, avira scans and identifies Cockpit.dll as viruses too. So i didnt care for the first time but after that i saw it removed cockpit files from the A-10 and P-51D. Hell, i had the game but cockpits were missing. My solution. I started "repair DCS World", when the virus message poped up, i pressed details, then the file was scanned and a window appeared. Right click it and apply ALWAYS IGNORE, confirm it and go on with all the other files. This solved my problems. LC

Hi hreich, as i have the drivers installed ( i am playing right now with the G940 until the HOTAS Warthog arrives), i can unplug STICK and THROTTLE from AC POWER, then disable them in windows. What about the Logitech Flight system g940 and Logitech Flight system g940 (HID) im the devices options? Do i have them let enabled? QUOTE "Of course, G940 has to be plugged in USB port. That way you only need to setup your G940 pedals if needed, and dont have to fiddle with stick and throttle." Whats the problem if i unplug them from the USB device? I dont want to have them any more. I do not have enough room /space to store both Controllers. As Vlerkies mentioned, is it not easier to unplug the throttle and stick, install the G940 drivers or let then installed and then plug the HOTAS WArthog? Thanks LC

Hi guys, my next choise is the TM Warthog. This was my dream since i have owned DCSD A-10C in 2011. I have some questions. 1, As i do have the G940 rudders, how do i install it? Is that possible with the TARGET software? 2, Do i have to keep or uninstall the G940 drivers? 3, Do i have to unplug the Joystick and Throttle and kepp the Logitech software? Hi guys, There is a runway pack called Airfield v3. I wat to change the runways. Where can i find the runway textures or where do i have to put them? Are there some conflicts when changing them? Is this right: Bazar/Terrain/vfstextures/...? Thanks in advance LC
