Hi, its nice too see that i get some answers.:) I have the beta driver 337.50. I like it runs fine for me. Its not too annoying this "kind" of problem, because i can handle it since yesterday i think. It was frustrating when i didnt know where and what to change manually but i got it. "Given that Windows 7 x64 can handle 32-bit drivers for hardware when required" thats interesting, didnt thought about that but its possible. Maybe when i installed it on the D:\ drive. I looked at DCS its more then 38 Gigs so i dont want to make a new install. Thank you very much to everybody :thumbup:

I have the "normal" DCS shortcut and the command lines read target "D:\Programs\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe" and "D:\Programs\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World" for the execution. And i am the admin.

TX for your answers. Version is 1.2.8 What i mean is: You are at the main menue, then clicking options and there are several settings for your system. The first is Textures Scenes Civ traffic Water and so on. Every time when i get an update, i cant select HIGH for Civ traffic, textures, scenes, HDR, MSAA is only 4x. So i have to alter the optionsDb.lua file manually to get all those points. Fortunately it works very well on all settings set to HIGH but i think DCSW should recognize it automatically but it doesnt. If you look at the lua file you can read "only 64 bit ()" or so. As i have an 64 bit system, it should be done automatically. Hope this is understandable. S!

Hi, its funny, DCS does not recognize my OS as a 64 bit system. When i installed the A-10C beta many years ago, i had a 32 bit system. But now i have Win 7 Prof 64 OS but the optins menue does not recognize it. Any ideas why? This lead me to alter the optionsdb.lua S!

Hi cichlidfan, had this too. My solution was the aspect ratio for the monitor. I have 1920x1080 and set the ar to 16:9. After selecting it the a r still shows 1,7777 but it doesnt matter. If this does not help i deactivated the automatic oculus find. Hope this helps. I have some problems with the option menue too. Cant select high scenes and HDR. S!

As the title says. There is only the option OFF. Is there another way to activate it? maybe via the options.lua file? TX

Yeah, i have bought this vid a few years ago with another dvd wich showed the story and development of black 6. The only thing is that its not too much about the G-10. Personally i love the later Me like the K-4 and the G-10 but only the Mtt, WNF and Diana build types. Its a nice vid, i love it.:thumbup:

In the options menue, system i cant set the textures, scenes and HDR since 1.2.8. No high options available and no hdr options available even if i have 64 bit os and 16Gb ram Is there another way (lua) where i can make my options? TY

Hi, cant find the optionData.lua in 1.2.8. Does sb know where to find? Even if i have a 64 bit os the options are limited. Where and what do i have to change to alter the settings like traffic, scenes, textures, hdr and so on. TX

For me its a little bit confusing. Sorry i am not a native speaker. I didnt select anything, may be its wrong but i will see when the 190 is out even if i pledged more than 100 bucks. I will wait and see. I dont care if i get the 190 one or two days later. Its my point of view. S!:smilewink:

Yes, would be cool to have some great tanks, but not only the Tiger II, Sherman would be nice and so on. Count on me:thumbup: Airplanes, oh there are many i would like to see. Here are only a few. After the B-17G (late model) P-38L, B-25J with 8 guns in the nose, carrier aircraft and a Do 335 would be nice too. Spit oh yes, Mk 14c please or the Il-2m3.

Hi Kurfürst, this is an explanation. Love it. Everything explained what i need. I meant the small boxy structure. This i can see on some K-4 and on others this structure is missing. I was not sure because some model kits representing them others not. So this is the battery. Great info and thanks LC

New question on the K-4. I have seen pictures where you can see the little tank behind the the armoured glass directly behind the pilots head. These can be seen on G-10 too. Is it right that this little "feature" depends on the fuel? Or is there any other reason. So, C3 aircraft dont need them, where as aircraft with B87 fuel need that tank. TY
