There are no notifications about orders shipment. Just Sage Pay receipt with transaction result. But one can check the order status himself in the payments section on lockon.co.uk web site (this feature isn't implemented on DCS web site). So for DCS customers the only way is to ask us at support {at} digitalcombatsimulator.com
The delivery in Europe usually takes about a week.
We do not use the registered mail, because the parcels are tracked only until they leave the UK, after that they cannot be traced.
