People often mix up disc and download distributions. While download can launch on some systems in Seven, disc does not.

Disc version of Flaming Cliffs 1 surely won't work in Seven.

It's impossible to give a purchase to another person perfectly. We recover access to accounts by validating bank card details (among other ways). Since that the original owner is always able to recover the access. For us the only legal owner is the original one. So it's up to the customer to accept the risks. I should tell we ask for card details only to recover lost credentials and only when there is no other ways to do it. Thereafter if you got an account with bought game from its owner as a gift and you're not going to loose its credentials, I don't see any issues. By the way even in the worst case you can ask the original owner to help you to get account access back. Secondly we don't transfer purchases from account to account. The simplest method for, eg. a gift, is to create a special account, make a purchase on it and pass its credentials to new owner. But I repeat, we consider the legal owner only the original one, the person who initially bought the product. Everything I wrote here are workarounds which we don't recognize officially.

Make sure you have a clean install of 1.1.0.8 (or clean 1.1.0.7 patched to 1.1.0.8) then it's also worth to reset settings of graphics card in its control panel or even to reinstall its drivers.

I think on most powerful systems high settings in 32bit will be rather stable. Until you go for a big mission or online (or both at the same time).

High settings require a lot of memory. Microsoft has made 32bit Windows to allocate up to 3GB of memory to applications with /3GB or increaseuserva switches. That isn't enough for Warthog on high settings.

Currently Warthog doesn't see light in the end of 32bit tunnel. But if you leave high settings alone as it's advised, 32bit Warthog should be almost as reliable as the 64bit one. EDIT: Good wording. A tunnel. In contrary, 64bit is like the whole atmosphere. We are the first people who wants to make 32bit Warthog working. But the beast is just too big for a narrow tunnel.

Please proceed with activation. One activation was added to each Warthog serial number (now there are 11 activations total). It's because of a new StarForce version.

If you run Warthog in 32bit Windows - that's normal. In 32bit Windows it won't allow to set high settings from now.

Download patch and try patching. Most likely it will be necessary to tweak uninstaller registry record to set the path to installation so the patch installer knows where to install. See mine in the attachment. If you don't want to play with Windows registry just download full distributive from our servers and install it. It even shouldn't ask for activation (in version 1.1.0.7) since protection scheme is exactly the same. EDIT: We won't provide tech support for patching Steam version with our installer since it isn't supposed to work. So if my registry entry won't help, I have nothing to suggest. WH_uninstall.zip
