OK mate - well I haven't been able to reproduce. I reckon you are using easy comms on then. Nearest airfield is auto-selected as default at start of mission. So described behavior would be normal when Batumi is nearest. Not reproducible for easy comms off. e.g. Hornet Caucasus free flight Punch in 140.000 for Vaziani. Call inbound. Vaziani responds. etc. So not much to go on atm but will keep an eye out.

There's been no change in this area. You can just call inbound and if your radio is tuned correctly, in range etc. you'll get an ATC response. For Easy Comms On you can enable Instant Select in Preferences.

Thanks for updating guys. @Wolf333 make sure to switch off Redirect on the plugin Audio tab. For comms audio redirecting use DCS's audio page.

@lxsapper Ok thanks for clarifying. @Nanolab There is Preferences setting to hide on-screen messages, check that it is not selected. Speech training data is not lost unless you'd completely re-install MS Windows. @Trollray There is a specific DCS Repair item in Windows Start menu. Grtz

@all To repeat for clarity, perhaps superfluously Plugin 2.5.16 is confirmed to work 100% OK with both DCS versions. -2.5.5 Release. -2.5.6 Open Beta. No additional plugin patches or updates will be issued atm. After an update, for a normal automated install no action is required other than restart of VA and DCS. If you need to reset your lua :refer to post #1/#2 and/or FAQ page. After DCS Repair confirm VA runs as admin, disable mods, and delete export.lua from Saved Games. For STEAM use Custom Path and check OB for Open Beta, don't check for Release. Restart VA before starting DCS. Grtz

@Sofapiloz Keywords training is key (pun alert). Also you could just use the German recognition engine instead. Dictionary translations are available: see link in first post of this thread. @sSkullZnBoneZz Switch REDIR to off on the Audio tab. For redirecting of audio use the DCS audio settings. Grtz

@Icaro_07 Thanks that's being looked into. @hawka You may want to check how your DCS audio output routing is configured. @mcfleck It has to with AM/FM selection (AOCS is on AM, your are on FM). Some aircraft radios -like the Hornet- do not respond properly to modulation switching and require manual modulation selection atm.

Thanks for the feedback, current SRS integration is a first step and the feature will be further worked on. An update video is in the planning. TX6 should always be available for all modules: we'll have a look to see if something can be reproduced with the F5/P51. EDIT: tested, TX6 available with both.

@Chicki No switching, it's explained in the manual. Enable both Mic to Human Players and Mic to AI Units if you want to address both on mixed channels. In SRS you need to enable the feature i.e. ON. Suggest to check the different options to get a feel for it. Again, this is a new feature and user feedback is appreciated. Thanks

Hi all Catching up in random order: @Shack Make sure to use the correct phrasing to contact JTAC e.g. 'Playtime 20 Minutes', see ref tables. 'Mic to human players' needs to be on in order for your mic to be sent to other players via SRS, it will get muted otherwise and your speech goes to AI (you get the TR flash in SRS). @Kim Silva Sounds like you have some entirely different install problem. Suggest to run a DCS Repair and install latest plugin build 2.5.15.2 from the website. Then try again and send me a PM if you need more help. Grtz

Yes you map the same keys/buttons to TX1-3 as to the radios 1-3 in SRS. The plugin detects human players and AI units on the selected frequency and behaviour is adjusted based on the settings. Best to simply check it out: you can now with voicechat and it will become available in SRS Client 1.7.3 version. @Kim Silva OK trying to understand your message: are you saying that AIRIO is working on all except one specific MP server (BFPG)? That's quite well possible, functionality has been tested on a wide range of servers but not all functionality can be guaranteed on all MP servers e.g. server-side scripting may interfere. If confirmed by other players contacting that server's admin would then look like your best option. @all Known issue some module radios don't (yet) support proper AM/FM modulation changing, so keep an eye out for that when selecting frequencies. @KewlerMouh Should work but we'll have a look to see if we can find anything @all If you get a message about Chatter command not available, make sure the *chatter* command is in your profile unedited. Alternatively use the new .vap profile via Config/Export. @GCBraun @Wreyth Your issue looks MS Windows related: suggest try moving your taskbar to lower end of screen instead of top and see if that makes a difference. @Starfire13 Text block positioning is by design to optimise screen space. The assumption is menu is not or minimally needed when using the plugin and text block shifted down is not properly readible in VR. @overalien I haven't been able to reproduce this so far but will see what we can dig up. No redirect devices could be a hint, suggest to have Redirect off to test. In VA options there is a 'Single TTS Instance' setting, suggest to try playing with it. @all - thanks I will check the release delay thing. It is good practice in general to hold PTT until the command is executed. Still this will have changed slightly with the plugin now controlling listen states and it sounds like this may need some more tolerance. Will be looked into.

Did you remove the Config subfolder? Test with the factory profile (Config/Export)?

Suggestion for all users in general to re-confirm that the keys/buttons used for TX press/release are of the press-and-hold variety and correctly configured in the VA profile. If needed, test with the included new VAICOM PRO for DCS World.vap profile, export via Config tab. Grtz
