It is a bug in DCS, not in MIST.

That explains why it worked the third time I did where I was a bit bored and flew and in a tight formation with the Su-25 while they were landing! Indeed, I completely overlooked it since I was so occupied with bombing stuff :D I'd recommend that the message is displayed a bit longer for slow people like me… Thanks for taking a look!

What about those players who only use the game mode with external views? They don't need all that fancy cockpit stuff! I guess we got our point across.

But maybe that pilot has no interest in the AFM because it costs a bit more!

This is indeed the proper way to do handle this, in my opinion. It is fine to release it first with a SFM to test the avionics and all the other stuff, but having to different flight models in the game would be bad. VEAO said that not many people bought the SFM only Hawk version, most just bought the EFM version which has the upgrade included, even though it doesn't even have a release date currently. Nobody wants to stay in the SFM plane.

Oh really? Just sell the whole module with the EFM upgrade included. Is there actually anyone out there who only wants the SFM?

I think it is a legitimate question, esp. because VEAO announced that they will not continue to release their modules with SFM first anymore.
