Seems to be. One think I noticed when checking my control surfaces is that when pushing the stick backward and forward that not only the Elevators on the tail moved up and down, but sometimes the Ailerons on the wings. So that's not normal surely. So looks like I need to put a small dead zone in for the bank axis?? Is it just me or is the Hog unstable? I am having to trim trim trim and never seem to get a decent stretch of level flight. Are there any good sources of info on trimming? I lean left, so trim right, but it's like I've trimmed too far right and now lean right, even though literally 1 or 2 short presses.

Thanks. Nothing duplicated. I am just finding it not the easiest to handle. Even on a no wind mission I am having to trim a lot. Maybe I'm expecting too much from the Hawg after such a long absence.

Hi Guys. Having an issue where I I have to press down my Pedals to release the wheelbrakes(Wheelbrakes are always on) as opposed to pushing them down to release them. I've assigned them as Axis Commands and is coming up as Buttons Y and X for left and right. How can I fix this so the brakes are off unless I push the pedals down? Thanks

Hi Just reinstalled DCS and the A-10C after a year and a half. It's amazing how much you forget in that time. I am finding the A-10C a bit unstable at the moment just in the quick instant actions. I am having to heavily trim and can't seem to get a decent level flight going. I haven't assigned any dead zones or curves. I am also using Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals and have given them a deadzone of 5 and curve of 15. Although that was after the previous flights. I don't think the rudders the issue, but seems to be all down to the Joystick. Any best settings or suggestions? Or maybe I just thought it was easier to fly the last time. :) Thanks

Hi I paid for and did the A-10C Basic and Advanced training campaigns form Maple Flag a year and a half ago and am looking to do them again. Am I still able to use these in DCS as I believe DCS/ED bought the training missions and now offer them themselves in the store. I begrudge paying for the same things twice. Thanks

Hi Going to start flying after a years absence. I'm only looking to fly the Hog in preparation for the Harrier and Hornet coming out in the future. I have the TM Warthog and also the Saitek Pro rudder pedals. I can't for the life of me, remember my dead zones, curves, sensitivity etc and was hoping to get some advice on best settings? Thanks

Hi I am trying to get it so I hear pretty much everything in the cockpit, gun and radio messages as normal, but not the engine sounds or at least not too loudly. My settings just now are VOLUME. 100 GUI. 100% WORLD. 50% IN COCKPIT. 100% HELMET. 100% MUSIC. 0% However even changing WORLD to 15% I still hear the engines very loudly. How do I fix this? Thanks

1.5.4 crash when mapping Hotas Controls Hi guys I just reinstalled w7 and DCS. I am trying to map the trim buttons for the Hotas Warthog as by default they are change viewpoint in the cockpit. I do this, but as soon as I press ok the screen goes grey and just hangs. This has only been since 1.5.4. Any idea why? Thanks

Hi Just downloaded the P-51D and compared to my normal A-10C I'm funding it much harder to control which I suppose is accurate. So my questions are in 2 parts Literally with no changes to inputs in my axis settings I am finding the plane wants to roll to the right. I am also finding it quite unstable when pushing the throttles forward. So any recommended settings for the HOTAS? such as buttons and curves etc. I have mapped the Trim controls to the Trim on the HOTAS and the Gunsight Wingspan and Range controls. Also general hints would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi All It may be a big coincidence, but since I installed Starway I am getting crashes in external view. I can get several seconds and maybe a minute EV and then. Black Screen for 5 seconds. The Black Loading Screen with DCS logo for maybe 20 seconds. And then the little grey window that says DCS has stopped working. Like I said it's only since I installed Starway so it seems it maybe the issue and I am going to try it tonight with the mod removed and see if it is stable. Are there any know issues with Starway that might be causing this? Thanks

Hi I'm going to uninstall and reinstall 1.5 and 2.0 as looks like I messed up by deleting BS1 after doing a BS1 to BS2 upgrade. I didn't think it would hurt, but seems it's deleted the DCS world folders(Update and repair etc) from the start menu and I don't think I can get them back. So I want to uninstall and reinstall both DCS versions, but want to keep my Joystick/Hotas and Rudder settings and Graphical and difficulty settings. So what files do I need to save and keep before the uninstall so I can use them again after the reinstall? Thanks

Hi Since today after upgrading from BS1 to BS2 the Eagle Dynamics Folders for both 1.5 and 2.0 that I could find by clicking on Start and then All Programs are missing. I am using W7 64bit. These are folders that contained not only the Launcher, but also the repair and update progs. Any idea why they've gone and how to get them back?

I do this, but I am finding myself and the Tunguska have similar Mav Ranges. I shoot at him and he shoots at me. Even when using the TGP first and slaving the MAV to SPI I'm not getting much range. Force correlate won't work against a moving target though? Right?

Hi Are there any good tuition videos on killing SAM's? Also what's your own processes? I,m thinking a column of vehicles with say 1 Tunguska for protection. How to approach? Hi Is there anywhere I can get a better online map or a map I can print of the landmarks etc. When you get the tour and you are advised Mt Irish is on that wing and such and such a canyon is on another' i'll be honest and say it all looks the same to me.

It should be although in mission it says ATAC. However Enfield is the JTAC.

Hi I believe I should be able to contact AFAC Reaper between SP7 and SP8 on 144.00 AM according to briefing in Mission 3. The option doesn't appear, although I do have JTAC Enfield showing. How do I contact Reaper as per the briefing? Thanks
