    Weaponry?

That's far better bet. This pic is more than 15 years ago when Elmendorf had Es, before they transferred jets elsewhere (389th ?). Too early even for pod prototypes, I guess.

    Weaponry?

LM's Legion pod or maybe more probably Grumann's OpenPod. IRST
  3. Fully agreed. People neglect the fact that without accessible data (provided by relevant sources) there's no way such alternative flight model could be more representative than one used in other games like i.e. Hawx or WarThunder/FSX. Getting at least a dozen proper EM diagrams/PS curves are absolute must in front of developer, not to account numerous tweaks being applied as a hints from SMEs. And that is BIG IF since SMEs most probably never flew that bird with an actual ordnance.
  4. There's a search button in F-15E section, there are quite a 'few' of your posts including relations to F-15C in areas not tackling Razbam F-15E. Feel free to look there, you might surprise yourself how you improved over time. Not.
  5. On the contrary, this is extremely valuable contribution to the F-15E content in general. It provides insight into many aspects F-15E shares with EX as his direct predecessor, some incredible performance data not being so openly presented in public. As for placing this info here or there, I did not see that from stopping you trolling about F-15C a while ago. @Loopan, great find man !
  6. 5000 lbs GBU-28 should be on EA or later during the 2023, if we stick to the Discord rumors.
  7. If they follow the available docs, they should also put limits on TGP/NAV pods operational and captive carry speed limits.
  8. You've finally put some sanity into your words. Damn right, CFT-less F-15E sweeps floor with F-15C, but we won't see that happen, the old man is due to graveyard. Can some of admins/moderators close this topic....pleeeeease ?
  9. This is what you get when you rely on auto translate because you don't understand English or just trolling. When I used term 'bind' it's only relevant in DCS context, not in real world. If you insist of being ignored, you're doing a fine job.
  10. Actually, you're not right, avionics (or better said controls/access) are not 100%duplicated, not in real life and hopefully not within the DCS F-15E module. If one, like yourself, would like to stay on front seat only, you would need to map some key or joystick/throttle bindings in order to access those functions. That's how other complex modules in DCS actually do. To quote an extremely reliable source from SE community, some systems are available only from back seat. "There are 5 main systems that are powered on and set up in the RCP: RWR, ICS, CMD, EWWS and TGP." Otherwise, I do agree that AI in any form is not bringing back invested man days of development team, but it is their call.
  11. No Jester, not at least in form known as current Jester/George 'engines'. WSO seat is not exclusive, one can control both positions. A wise decision IMHO. @PD919 (Standard) flight model being shown in GS video does not support imminent release, then a lot to be done in AA radar alone while AG radar is in perhaps early stages of dev. In spite of that, they obviously got the right team behind the project and this is coming up really nice. Comparison wise, ED has thrown Apache teaser in September 2021 aiming for mid-January release which at the reached mid March.
  12. Not available when module hits Early Access, but planned for later release. Weapons are managed by ED so it depends on their time table, too.
  13. There are about a dozen switches/inputs exclusively accessible to the WSO which means that for sake of desirable level of realism, pilot in game would need to switch back to WSO seat (as being done in Janes F-15, Microprose SE3) to take care of that. A slight chance to introduce some form of AI (as Ron mentioned in recent YT video) might hint that it could address this particular use case - use some form of scripted command which perform some functions without leaving the pilot seat.
  14. The fact that C and E are made by 2 different teams, fidelity levels, mission sets present a huge black box. I'd expect that whatever we get, there will be a learning curve how to recognize or use E's strong points in BVR and even WVR arena and avoid those parts of flight envelope where he sucks.
  15. It would be quite a surprise, not by Razbam in any case. When E gets out, large portion of current C driving force will move there, not enough demand to drive such project. Maybe some community mods (there's one on github spinning up) aiming to activate some stuff like partially clickable cockpit and maybe some partial overhauls like F-15D.
  16. E, -229 engines, type 5 CFTs, 4x7M, 4x9M, pods installed, Standard temp, M1.7 at 35kft-45kft With no weapons, but with CFTs, M2.0 at 51kft. Clean, no CFT (not our DCS model), M2.3 at 36kft, extends to M2.5 for short term dash in cold weather. If they stick to the docs... Compared to C, E will suffer in time to climb performance and lower sustained and instantaneous turn rates. 229 has more military and max thrust compared to 220 which will help substantially. With almost 10k pounds of extra onboard gas, it will outrange C with a margin. First to arrive, last to go.
  17. All mesh/skinning/texture work has been completed, at least that was relayed on Discord some months ago.
  18. Are you US citizen ? If you are, you can legally purchase F-15E's -1 manual and read performance data.
  19. Not known at the moment, we'll have to wait and see when it's out. Developers have all docs they need in order to create a model matching performance charts. I'd expect some small loss at top speed and acceleration compared to C as more powerful engines cannot compensate extra drag imposed by CFTs.
  20. Nice. An alternate UFC, glass reflection...beautiful!.
  21. This does not look like SAR map (or patch map to be correct), hard to be 100% if radar is sweeping or it's in freeze mode (video lost a lot of detail due compression). There are only few videos around, tells something about the capability of platform. I'd give a chance it's a HRM (high resolution mapping) mode, a raw radar returns from ground, real beam mapping. Due size of DW cursor (rectangular shape) in upper half part of MFD, I'd guess this is max.range or 80nm. APG-70, if developers have docs for Suite 4+ SE (hard to tell which revision of -34 manual they got) will be the beast for air-to-ground combat.
  22. The last pic added show crystal clear LMFD in F-15E. For the sake of perfection, the clarity is too perfect for CRT tech from these days (if those are really good ol' CRTs) as pixel density should be far less IRL for Suite4 bird. In short, looks great. In the same time, on same pic, I can't miss how textures of cockpit mesh feel low and jaggy, hopefully that was put there intentionally, not to spoil the final look&feel they keep for launch.
  23. One of SE maintainers, active here on this forum, said that only 6-8 switches are exclusively located on WSO seat. With few extra key bindings to grip/throttle those can provide full experience from front seat, no need for stay at WSO.
  24. It would be very, very smart to release it in same time. This module has potential to outsell anything so far published within DCS.
