Once again I have problems following what point you are trying to make?
...Im not good at lateral thinking so its probably just me...can you explain the point you are making in your comment?
Really?...could you elaborate on that?..pm if you want
Thx for the link correction Dynamocl...musta been before me second coffee...im hopeless till I get my second mug :)
It seems a SU27p was transferred from Ukraine to UK ownership in 2001,
Source:UN disarmament listings
but there have been no reports or sighting (that I can find) Since then
anyone got the skinny??
In all fairness Rap, isnt bitching about the game part of what a forum is for?
I know...depends what you mean by bitching, but all the same...Ive heard worse
Are you talking of the dsb Tornado?..just tried and got the same..strange, ill poke around and see if can work it out
edit,...thinking bout it,if it is the DSb Tornado, its copyright work anyway, have you asked the designer?
No but I do hear people saying its going to be great because some of the developers took a flight in a t38....
it takes a certain type of person with years of experiance in a cockpit to actually give worthwhile feedback on an aircrafts performance..they call them test pilots..not game developers
all these guys are getting out of there flight time is a big grin, they would do better just reading up on performance data
If there is any logic in that statement,..it escapes me
so you are saying because 2 of the team took a ride in a talon..it means its gonna be a good sim....:poster_dont:
I dont think its lack of publicity..tbh, I reckon more people bought it and got fed up with bugs and very un-intuitive features..I believe more disks are at the bottom of some drawer or landfill than in peoples drives
lockon had a lot of potential and I will buy BS for sure, but its not something you can just pick up and enjoy, I remember much frustration in the initial days of getting the controls right and such stuff
The ME has always been a pita, but the good points are very good
Makes me think.........if 51000 copies sold of lockon.....and its generally thought of as a "serious" sim/game
I sort of assumed most "serious" simmers have internet access and would visit at least one of the online communities(maybe im wrong here)
..Now...no way is there even 10,000 users on all the forums I know of...that would mean that a very large proportion of sales went to the "Casual" buyer
I dunno
Sometimes, when a long runway is available small/slow aircraft join it near the centre or some way along, using the same taxiway regardless of take off direction, so its possible she was on the correct taxiway and never even passed the runway heading numbers...not checking the windsock was dumb.....but in the stress of an early solo flight, these things do happen...human beings remember
