the part to remember most important is the waiting of 4 minutes to align INS. If you miss this and rush it then the little switch under the throttle will not work and you cannot use navigation properly and cannot drop JDAM bombs.

Hi, I have a GTX 750 Ti, 8GB ram, Windows 7 64bit and can run singleplayer at about 60FPS with no issues. But quite a lot of the time in MP, my game just locks up at random times for about 10 seconds, and then when it unfreezes I sometimes find my plane has crashed.It is most common at airfields and even more so when landing which is the worst time for it. Also, my internet is not the best, but is good enough and I'm sure it is not the problem. Any reason for this? Sorry if this is wrong thread....

Never done a hot start apart from missions where it is forced, like weapons trainings.... cold start is one of the best parts of DCS! For me, I played the start up training mission a few times and just memorized it, but having a small print out checklist can really help.

I think someone already asked this, but if you go to 0:10 in the video, you can see the pilot's body. Does this means that we will get visible pilot in 1st person view, like Ka-50/P-51?

Go into your settings and check what the cockpit language is set to. I don't think this affects the ATC, but it might be worth trying. And also, was this on multiplayer or single player? Some multiplayer servers put the USA team as red which makes all the pilots and ATC speak in Russian.

It has English subtitles if you have the English version of the game, I think. Please correct me if wrong because I don't use the English version.

I got on my computer this morning, and I saw that the DCS Mi-24V was released! So I downloaded and installed it, and just as I got in the cockpit, I woke up.
