Yes, I have always felt that very good sound and over exaggerated cockpit shake can compensate for that we are not in a real plane :)

Do they not speak German even in the military? I guess because of the NATO yes?

The Sabre's sound is a bug, it is made and in game files but not working, but MiG I think will have sound update in soon patch, not too far ))

no they sound like america in dcs, I wish they would speak German, with sub title)) I think there are only 2 voiced languages in DCS, ENG and RUS

I had to play the cold start training about 5 times, but I finally memorized it :)

You can open he campeign in mission editor and loadbthe missions wand select which ones you want to fly.

Standalone and steam version are same, just different way of starting the game )

The AI model in the current public version of DCS is an old model, so they will want update to it I think)
