  1. Support was quick for me, thanks for linking the accounts!
  2. At about 20 minutes he says that it took them 2 man/months to implement it. That goes for a modern engine though.
  3. DCS Mi-8MTV2 ! You are a truly nice person for doing a giveaway like this :)
  4. Havent gotten anything either. Also a PM to luthier went unanswered.
  5. You have to ask the ground crew using the comm menu to swap your HMS for NVG. Then you use it using 'H', just like you would your HMS. Youll have to tweak around a bit with the brightness knobs in the cockpit, but youll get used to it. In some cases it can be helpful to use the hud filter to see the hud with NVG on.
  6. This looks horrible, good to hear the pilots managed to bail out. Since the blades are still intact I guess they didnt use their ejection seats.
  7. The dora has 10,51m wingspan, which is 34.5 feet.
  8. I was under the impression that the FW190 was an even better energy fighter, also the AI is very good at conserving energy in itself. Playing by the FW's rules might not be a good idea for survival. In P-51 vs P-51 it depends on the pilot. If you're good at dogfighting and your enemy in MP isnt, well, you just might want to get him to a turning fight. Therefore I think this is a bit too generalized. Holding visual contact is most important, I have to agree :)
  9. Maybe a frozen pitot?
  10. You have to turn the canopy crank with your mouse.
  11. Please dont do what he said, that is bad advice. I would rather hold the tail down as the manual says until around 90 mph where it starts to rise on its own. You hold the plane on track by anticipating the torque movements with some soft rudder inputs, not by wheel brakes.
  12. This pretty much. Only some UK news site trying to feed their website with Syria news all day :)
  13. I would for sure welcome an upgrade of the georgian map utilizing the new terrain engine..... .... :)
  14. That is because the Airspeed indicator starts to work at around 20 knots...
