Does anyone know how to change it for the F15...FC3 ? the green is to light for me. I did change my A10 hud color to white ages ago and made a huge difference but I forgot how I did that now

I just had the same error message when installing FC3 I had to re install DCW and then it found it again. Pain in the....

Just bought it in the sale however when installing it says. DCW ver 12913 must be installed It is and its the correct version. Ive pointed it to the correct folder and tried all the sub folders and even tried my backup on another drive but it wont play any ideas how to fix any one? Im going to try a DCW re install. Since I have other modules whats the best way to reinstal DCW and not lose my settings with the A10?

Just bought FC3 but when installing Im getting a message that DCw ver 12913 is not installed. But it is and its the correct version. Very odd I do have lock on installed as well

Maybe its just my timing but whenever I log onto multiplayer there is rarely a dogfight session going on. I have joined 1 or 2 over the months that were a real blast but thats about it. Is there a regular session on multi player that Im missing?

It only took me several hours . I seriously couldn't understand all the fuss about its complexity. I was able to drop bombs on target without even a practice run, the gun I could shoot with my eyes shut and ILS landings in zero visibility could not get any easier than in this bird. thought I might just try to bump this before I create a new helios profile. There are a couple of export folders in DCW. Would I be correct in saying the export lua in back ups goes into the DCS WORLD/CONFIG/CONFIG/EXPORT? both files are the same size.

I can spend 12 hrs flying between DCW abd FSX but Im retired and the skirt comes 2 or 3 times a week so I give her priority Being retired I honestly dont know how I would cope without my flight sims, probably spend all my time sitting in a bar :-)

after a long break Im having the same problem with helios. The ins and outs of swapping files etc used to be second nature but not now. running through it with more detail... I go to backups>config>export.... and there are 2 files in there 1.config file 2.export file where do I move these files to in the new version of a10/ DCW?

Do your personal settings get carried over in multiplayer? eg auto rudder, or does it revert back to default.

Nah, Im a bit clumsy so a strong chance of possibly reversing the current :dunno: thanks metal I didnt think of that and that could be the solution, not ideal but better than zip.

MAX gene oc 4.2 using auto preset in bios, just push a start button :-)

because i use a projector screen I would need to rig up a ceiling mounted device for I5 but as you say most of the targets are forward so Im wondering apart from the zoom, just how effective it is, in other words is it a game breaker/maker

I would like to hear from experienced simmers regarding the i5. basically is it possible to fly the A10 without the 15 and be just as competitive as the guy who does use it?

ok, from the 2 responses I see, apparently after I get an update, and Helios stops working again, I go into "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World" open up the last sequential backup file and drag those files back into "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World" and allow a copy and replace. This is the procedure correct yes thats it
