The issue was that the ignition would not start unless in a specific low RPM range. Also automatic reignition doesn’t start unless the RPM is lower than a threshold. If the turbine is still working and only the AB flame is out the ignition would almost never start. So I figured the AB might be relit just by ambient temp in the engine and sufficient fuel flow.

Verified working. I don't know exactly what patch it will be in, probably not this week at least.

Found the issue I believe and fixed it. Needs to do some manual testing and then hopefully it will make it into a patch soonish... Thanks for the reports!

You could at least try a repair. It doesn’t take that much time.

Bumping this thread. Looks like the relight-issue is what I’ll be investigated. Note that I might not be able to find the bug, at least not during the stream. Last two streams where both extended to 1:30 and both issues where actually fixed after a total of 3 or more hours.

Have you tried reinstalling DCS?

It works it’s just the knob that isn’t animated. Look on your compass.

There’s a break on the nose wheel when the suspension is depressed

To perform a recon fix: 1. Set master mode SPA 2. Set fix-trigger to T1 3. If you want to do a radar-fix, set radar mode A1 else A0 4. If visual fix: overfly target, if radar fix: slew radar cursor over target 5. Press TV when either plane or marker is over target 6. Set fix trigger to T0 after the fix has been performed To select the target-fix as current waypoint (is required to transfer to SKU-layer) 7. Set data selector to AKTPOS 8. Press "1" on the data-panel keyboard (this step has been omitted in the manual) To perform a SKU-track 9. After the recon target has been selected as current destination, press LS/SKU twice in less than 0,6 seconds after each other to transfer to SKU-layer 10. Press LS/SKU with AKTPOS still set to enter SKU-mode. S1 should now be selected 11. Wait 3 minutes 12. Perform a fix exactly as before 13. The tracking info (course in degrees, speed in knots) should display on the data-panel.

Cobra has added a fix that will probably be in the next patch.

Wheel brakes and symmetric braking I should add that max brake power needs to be pretty strong, you should be able to stand still with Zone 2 engaged IIRC. IIRC I added a delay for the brakes to fully engage (like 1 sec or so) to make it more gentle. This means that if you are using keyboard you can engage the brakes halfway by holding the key for half a second and release for half a second or less.

Apart from simulation of the boogey wheels, all ground-wheel interaction simulations is using DCS standard system. Despite what it might appear these simulations are non-trivial. It's configurable in Suspension.lua so you can check it out for yourself and experiment. DCSs anti-skid system is enabled.

Outbaxx what happens if you assign the symmetric braking to both pedals?

Did you press 1 on the keypad (NOT B1) after you made a fix with TV?

Have you tried other modules? The included Su-25T for example?

SOP is to pull back on the stick when braking or using reverser. I find it helps a lot.
