  1. OK, its listed on amazon .uk Not .de Just in case anyone wondererd:)
  2. I understand. Can you tell me the price thats listed on amazon for the base only and base plus standard grip please? Also the shipping to germany if ordered on amazon would be nice.
  3. Thanks. Sure. Take your time. EDIT: btw, Any news on AMAZON listings? I have some friends that want to pull the trigger.
  4. Actually Cyph3r would it be awesome if we could get a technical drawing (maybe a PDF so the vectors are still editable) of the upper faceplate including the holes for the springpressure adustment screws. We could then modify the outer contour to our needs. Is that possible? EDIT: This way we could strip the whole gimbal from the housing in order to have it built into our simpits. That would be the most elegant solution.
  5. not if you screw it UNDER the desk. I was considering using a VPC base for my left hand as well and had Geerscutting cut a 5mm aluminium with the vectors as seen in the screenshot. This way its comfortable to use when sitting on a standard officechair. I would do one modification on this vector. The outermost screws only hold the actual gimbal indirectly. Thats actually the screews that attach the upper facing plate with the outer housing and not the gimbal itself. So either modifying the cutlines so the innermost screws are the ones used would be advisable OR simply using this cutvector and adding 2 holes in the front so you can use the U-shaped mountingbracked thats delivered with the T50. The one thats also used to attach the T50 to their own deskmount. The holes on the left are for woodscrews so you can attach it to the deskplate from below. Here is the actual DXF file of the vector if anyone needs it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/z2w59ppmks57vxm/Virpil_Centerplate.dxf?dl=0
  6. Guys together with the drawing provided by VPC you can go ahead and create your own cut vector using illustrator or other vectorprograms and have it produced (including chamfering) at http://www.geerscutting.de They offer all sorts of metals and thicknesses. I had them produce lots of stuff for me. They are cheap and deliver good quality. They sometimes take a while since they got lots of work thou. Here is my setup: https://www.pic-upload.de/view-33999922/VPC.jpg.html The aluminium mountingplate you see where my T50 is mounted in is lasercut by geers.
  7. Thanks for the headsup. Still hoping for some sort of surprise when the store goes online (Throttle cough cough):) ?
  8. Nothing on Amazon.de yet. Anyone seen anything htere yet?
  9. For everyone interested in properly callibrating before the software is out: Just use diview.exe. You can have it show your RAW values and then properly callibrate by hand.
  10. Thanks for the writeup. My order is still on its way. Since 17th now (Belarus to germany). Hope it will arrive during the coming week.
  11. I think the levers will not be too well suited for something thats used practically the whole time. But try it out and let us know. The levers could be useful for something like zoom in when properly implemented like it is in BOS for example.
  12. Yaw on pedals and strave up and down on rudder brakes?:) Star Citizen? Elite Dangerous? Both?:)
  13. Awesome! This is almost the setup I am going for. However I will be doing a combination of centermount for the main pitch and roll stick with extension for increased precision and the left handed for the strafe axes without any extension. I hope my package arrives soon so i can show you guys:) Cheers! David
  14. Ahhhhhh. That looks so nice. Cant wait. Soon ill have 2 of these. LH grip with Warthog base for the left hand and the T50 Base with RH grip for the centermount. This will give so sexy pics:) And. Cypher. As soon as we get info on the Throttle and pedals probably more Virpilgear on and under my desk:)
  15. Me too. But when tracking it it doesnt show any info. Diffrent for you?
  16. uh? Even if it was possible - and I think it could probably be achieved due to the nature of the connector - you would lack the X and Y axis. The grip only for its buttons? Well. Original thought. Grats Bandit. Still waiting...:)
  17. I have to agree.
  18. great news. Cant wait. And thanks for the headsup. I knew it was the right decision to stick with you:)
  19. Hey Cyph3r, thanks for the headsup!
  20. dont forget the shipping is EMS express... So the price is actually OK.
  21. Good news everything worked out finally. I am looking forward to getting my hands on this awesome stick. You said there would be more info on the throttle and rudders during july if I am not mistaken Cyp3er. Can you already give us some news? Thinking about getting the throttle and probably the rudders to check them out. Cheers Winger
  22. wasnt that before they reqlized the problems with the first batch bases? AFAIK they recalled the already sent out bases from the shippingcompany and are going to ship out the new ones oncee they are assembeled and tested. I ordered a while ago. I keep my fingers crossed to have my trackingnumber within the coming week.
  23. Hi, one question regarding the cover. Its nice. But I didnt order the whole Stick as one. I did somewhat of a mess and ordered the grips separate from the base. Will I still receive the cover?
  24. Yeak looking awesome. But its Aircraft grade Aluminium, not steel thou. @Virpil: LOOKING NICE! But please. Dont hurry with assembly. Take your time and do it right rather than something goes wrong because of hurried assembly. Looking forward to my awesome ALL VPC Setup thou. And this 10% Voucher will most likely be spent either on throttle or Rudders. So give us info please:thumbup:
  25. I am also bearing with VPC. I really hope they can keep the promise and ship coming week. I am confident!
