I must have done something wrong? I'm getting a blue grid on the plane and the words texture missing

not all of us have 8 Axes (pitch, roll, rudder, throttle, rpm, and the 3 trims) that being said I personally don't use trim reset... besides how long would it take to reset trim in the pit of a real 51? the 3 knobs are all right there easy to manipulate back to center

takeoff is quite easy in the P51, trim er out, apply power slowly and you shouldn't have any problems

im sorry i should have been more clear.. going from idle to full throttle is what i meant, raise the throttle slow and steady and you shouldn't have that problem or at least i would THINK.. I could be completely wrong.. I haven't tested it myself.. makes sense that it would sputter no matter what throttle increase is used, i mean 0 throttle = minimal fuel intake right? then the engine needs a second or two to get used to the flow of fuel again? I don't know, maybe someone more knowledgeable can help us out

going from 0 to full throttle? seems to happen when you gun it, raise the power slowly

I don't care if you believe the man or not, but how can you be so positive he is lying? I'm guessing you have flown the P51 in combat and tried this maneuver? anyways, what I'm trying to say is you should have some good hard facts/proof that it is impossible before calling a veteran a liar
