Something like this? Hey AeroScout! Take a look at mine I did a few months ago. Its really great because it is variable hence you just but on as much rubberbands as you want or put thicker/thinner ones on. Works as a charm =) One thing you must keep in mind is that you have to release the rubberbands everytime you dont use the stick because the will stretch and dry out. They will loose their elasticity but it just takes a couple of sec to put them on or off. Take a look at the pic. /Christian

I think the movie was quite good "directed" and cut but the fps drop was a bit to much. too bad because i think it could have been great with smoth fps. Great music!! hehe I hope you continue making some more movies but have the perfomance issue in mind. /Chris

During the uppgrade and the development of the Super-Gripen they will sell off the 70 A/B versions to other countries or demolish them. I tried the demo but the framerate was so bad i couldnt get a feel of how the game was. I have a quite good computer that should handle all games with good fps even if i need to lower the settings but with Arma, no chance... To bad because i like the genre.

According to the TBS site they are developing both F16 and F/A18(I know i have heard about the F16 but not the F/A18 ) Really cool. Now I now it wasnt really the topic sorta... just wanted to flag if someone didnt see it =)

Thanks konkussion but as curious as i am i want to know exactly what you need to do to get them. I mean like in BF2S.com for Battlefield2 but for Lock On of course. Someone should have the list...ED... cough cough...=) Aeroscout: I mean the ingame ranks and medals.

Hi guys! I have searched the internet and this forum but I cant find anything of what you have to do to earn your ranks and medals? it would be fun to know what the requirements are for that. Does anybody has any info of this? I would be really glad to know. cheers Christian

Good points there BBQ. I am a newbie and i have especially dealt with the "set the alt for the airfield" issue. i have flown 5-6 missions in the A-10 campaign(those arent that tough but i havent flown the FC campaign yet with the T-Frog yet...) and i didnt get why the autopilot just kept on trying to crash me into the ground all the time. I did suspect that the autopilot was a distant relative to HAL9000 but now i know better... I must say there is people that really want to help newbies with stuff like Ironhand but with diaper stage startup guide would be really excellent! /Christian

If you are not waiting and gonna get a DX10 ATI card(if you really want ATI and not nvidia) i recommend the X1950 PRO. Best perfomance contra pricetag you can get. I got one a month ago from powercolor with a whisper quite fan and it works great. I wouldnt expect anything else when upgrading my x300 to this ;) Check out http://www.tomshardware.com for the latest tests. Happy shopping!!

I got the Saitek pedals and i think they are really good. I also have the X52 and they are a very good combo. The programming software is really easy to use for the both of them. It got rubber feet so they stay on place(if there are no dust between them and the floor) and if that is not good enough for you get velcro strips to attach to the floor and pedals. should keep them on place. they do have holes as well for screws if you wanna screw them onto the floor. A tip I got from some forum, maybe this one, if the rubber feet doesnt keep em on place and you dont want to use the velcro(or you have wall to wall carpeting) you can buy cheap mousepads and clue them on and that should keep them on place =) I havent tried the CH one but they are probably a good choice as well. Hey guys! I have recently started with LockOn again after some time away from it(when i played i had only done the UPT and the A-10 training missions so i didnt get very far) and I am a real newbie at this. I thought I should start with the A-10 because it seems to be the easiest and Dog fighting seem to be very hard with the other jets. My problem is that my gun is the only weapon that fire, even when i select rockets or maverick missiles. So it doesnt matter what weapon i choose, the gun will fire when i press the trigger or the spacebar. I know i have selected the other weapons correctly because i have done it before and it worked good. Come to think of it when it did work it was pre-FC and now when i do have FC i get the problem. I havent tested to only run on version 1.02 to see if it works. I followed the FAQ of how to install FC correctly. i have formatted my computer due to other windows related problems(like everybody else eventually..=) and the result is the same after as before.
