I have a spare Cougar that I broke the throttle arm on. I also have a BU0836 that I want to use to rewire that old throttle. So does anyone have a dead throttle or a spare "throttle arm" that they can part with? I am trying to get AI jtac/afac to use an IR Pointer (still) LOL. I have it working offline but when we tried it online nothing works. I am using triggered actions and wonder if this is the reason it doesn't work online? Menessis

My only problem with the old cougar is every once in a while I get a "device detection error" and the only way I can get it going again is to plug it into the old old old XP machine and set it up there. Than move it back to the Win10 machine. Don't know why it does that but it does! Menessis

A friend of mine (whom shall remain nameless) is having a hard time using the "SRS Radio" mod. He is using a RIFT and after a lot of conversations with a bunch of the guys we figured out that he is sitting too far forward. He tells us that when he looks to the left to adjust radios he is looking at the throttle! So has he some sort of install problem? or can it be adjusted by using the "eye position" Any thoughts? Im trying to use a triggered action to have a pair of Huey's follow a player Huey. Wont work. I first use a triggered action to start the pair of Huey's, and at the same time another triggered action to Follow. So what's the trick? Meenssis

Hi firmek.....That's what I do, but next time it is as though I did nothing????? I know of others who have this same problem. After some experimenting I noticed that one profile that is in the folder isn't in the drop down box. And a profile in the drop down box is not in the folder. So some how the file name in the folder and the profile name in the drop down don't jive. I assume this a TIR feature I am not aware of. The profile was sent to me by a friend. I did tweak another profile and save it. Checked the time stamp on the file and it does save it. I can open and close TIR and all is well. :) Menessis

Well Im not sure what sets it off. I "think" it may have to do with the speed brake switch being left in the open position. Then when I boot up the pc the cougar isn't recognized. Most times I just reboot and every thing is fine. Other times I have to unplug and plug back in. I try all the tricks and give up. Plug it in the XP machine and reload it. Switch it back and all is good. Menessis

I have had a lot of trouble in the past using the kitty with Win 7. Have to keep an old XP machine handy just in case the kitty throws a fit! I'm thinking of Win 10 now. Am I in for the same problems? Thanks Menessis

Update. Mbendi1, I put in 4 new dimms (4 x 4 gig) Didn't test them one at a time yet. I just got into Nevada...I haven't done any updates there for a while ver. 2.0.2.52369. It seems to work fine, setting at high shows 50 fpm + :) Menessis

Hi SkateZilla. Im still having problems. Can you have a look at another crash log for me Please. I got new ram, which doesn't want to work properly. My system is only using half. But I do have 8 gig that is working. I installed a new PSU and a GTX 970. Just did the Beta update. Game crashes before it even opens now! :( Logs.rar Thanks Menessis

Well that's part of the problem! There is indeed 8 gig installed. But one is bad I guess. Menessis

Well I don't understand why Win 7 says 8 gig of ram but the Bios says 4? I got this pc used and always thought it had 8 gig.... So here's the problem! Time to do some shopping I guess! :) Thanks for the help everyone Menessis

Hi SkateZilla.....has the requirements changed with this upgrade? Windows says I have 8 GB ram and the old GTX 550 is only 1. But it all worked ok before the upgrade. I just tried the Alpha install 2.5.16 and it works. OK so why is there 8 gig installed but only 4 usable?? Thanks Menessis

After the Beta update I can't get into the 3D world. Crashes every time within seconds, both online and off line. Is there a fix coming soon I hope. Its the only install I have and don't want to revert after doing such a big DL. Menessis
