Hopefully Belsimtek will eventually code the pre setting of the FOV for all their modules as they currently do in the fabulous MI-8.... we should also prey that this will be a standard in all modules.
-
1 - Yes, to allow exchange F.E.E.L. springs.
2 - COTS No. Only some DIY.
DIY is fine as this is also the case with the Hawg (DIY semi pro). What does COTS mean?
-
Does the X-55 have a detachable grip?
And if yes are there extensions available for it yet?
-
It ain't no air dominance aircraft and that is for sure, but it is a tight and manoeuverable airframe and joy should be taken from those attributes.
-
New ain't always better... however... the better the optics and also the zoom capability will surely help the KA50 and Hind.
For sure the BO-105 has got the weapon load, but It will be interesting which has the better RWR and spotting capability.
looking forward to finding out!
-
Certainly looks like pedals in the image but for me the MFGs have ended that search.
Bound to be the F-18.... For me it stands no chance against the Hawg stick as it is just Hat Heaven!
And yes I do have a hat perversion.

Don't really want new stuff. I just want the old stuff back like naval ops, kh25 launch capability, and NTTR coordinate compliance.
Yep I agree!
However we also need new key binds which are simply mandatory and something afforded to all other modules.
And why not just make Devrim's pit a standard install option.
job done..... or is it? :D
-
But I guess that applies to the Gazelle too huh?
Now then, which has the better optics?
-
RWR:
The BO-105 PAH1A1 have a RWR which is simulated in the module. It shows bars that tells the pilot in length and angle from which direction the radarbeam is scanning the BO. A "wobbling" sound also indicates the strength of the scan. The BO has 4 spiral Antennas which covers 360°
The RWR also have a Missile Alert light.
Flare Dispensers:
There is a korean BO-105 CBS with Flare Dispensers, Gunpod (Mauser) and Rocketpods. When I get info on how these work, I will simulate it also.
Sweet... for each Kamov used a Bo-105 is also used in a team.
Weapons of mass destruction and a defensive capability too... finally. :D

AG-51_Razor I have followed your comments through all the threads of all the different modules, but I see no statement to my question, So if a I may be so bold, can I ask what controllers you use and also do you use TrackIR?

It is still being written, but this draft has most data and info.

Very nice indeed, is the time of 109 dominance coming to an end?
-
Yes, against computer generated enemy, avoid trees in 1.5. If staying low try to attack from smooth ground/hills or buildings.
The trees are useful against human opponents for the same reason that the Mk 1.0 eyeball can't see through them.

Thanks for the Vid it looks superb, I like the pylon selector.
-
Watching the vid it does seem so.
Thank you for the answers.
-
got to be right then.
You do this for landing without load also?... hover landing.
-
watching the vid it certainly looks like the way you do it gives better overall view to the horizon whilst using the V in the window frame to look lower.
The center blister does give a better view down but can this lead to a fixation down and a loss of overview?
Do you think of it this way or does it just all come naturally to an old real life chopper pilot like you?
-
Hey alexandrT, why do you not use more left rudder when you come into a drop so that you can use the center blister to have a better view down?
Is there a problem with this IRL?
-
I am really looking forward to this tight powerfull warbird.
I truly prey to the gods that we get the full and clipped wing versions... Christ I prey!

Whew... the next upgrade after dynamic campaigns... now that is a long old wait!
Personally I think coms should be a module (a cheapish module)
ATC and JTAC done fast (cash incentive) and with the professionalism we need.
Throw in online live radio coms as well as artillery call and we are almost there and fast.
Limit easy artillery/location calls for observation vehicles/aircraft and I think we are going somewhere soon.
Should artillery AI and ease of use in SP/MP also be linked to combined arms?

Hi all
Very interesting topic here. Is this issue relevant to the Mi-8 and Ka-50 as well. Not implemented their either?
I had some problems with engine failure in Nevada whilst hover attacking in the Kamov one sunny day (38 degs C at altitude). The Hip engines also seem to work very hard in these dry and hot conditions.

This does sound interesting, I have read the entire thread and it just sounds superb. does it do amplitude of vibration too, say low level dings and or bullet hits or is the feeling somewhat the same?
-
not to mention all them F35Bs to sit pretty on it!

Does anyone use AVG and more importantly AVG PC tune up and specifically AVG PC tune up turbo mode for gaming?
