Ok gents. I'm novice on the ME. I make nice and easy missions. But for the current mission I'm trying to build i want a set of F16 to bomb tgt. So 1st set them to orbit outside the tgt zone, then after a SAM site ( SA6 ) Has been destroyed, then push the F16's to continue and bomb the tgts. Then fly back home. All during this time ignoring other threats. So could someone build this for me. I tried setting flags and condition to end orbit with a flag but I'm obviously doing something wrong. Agreed. I understand now how to do it now by your instruction. But I'm with you; I'll wait till they update the "Step" to show each bomb. To much work. Plus dialing in 4 Coords takes up enough time lol. Thanks for the quick reply. Much appreciated. Dave.

So to switch to pp2 do i have to drop the 1st bomb per station prior to programming pp2 bombs? I would like to know how to prgm all 8 while in route. Like above i can step through the stations but how do i switch between pp1 and pp2?. Thanks. Dave

What Mods and Scripts folder?? lol I opened the zip and inside the folder i found the pictured files. Docs and LUA. I moved those files and and the others and still no joy. SS attached. Thanks for the reply. I'll figure this out yet lol. Chase

tried installing per the instructions but no dice. I didn't edit any files because I am assuming the latest beta 1.0.3 Beta no longer requires that... I unzipped the file and placed the folder into the saved games dcs folder. I then started DCS and went to settings. I did not see anything related to Twitch user name or pw. I did follow the instructions and was able to obtain oauth key. So I have that put away for when ever I get this figured out. I also looked in the module manager and didn't see anything related. I am using the latest beta of DCS World. DCS 2.5.4.28841 So possibly this version of Twitch2DCS isn't compatible with the current version of DCS... The attached JPG is a ss of the file structure where I dumped the file into the saved games. Thanks. Chase.

So building a mission for 4 of us. Using the add aircraft, Do I add 1 aircraft on the Deck then add 3 more to make a section? ( Like you would do for a single player mission adding in your AI Wingman ) Making sure all will be classified as clients. So when you enter the server, all units will have one name, you just pick the top one if you want to be section leader? Or should I place a single Aircraft per player on the deck on the 4 start positions? Each aircraft would have a different name this way. But not sure if they will show up correctly on the SA pg. I'm not sure which method I should use to allow the section to show up on the SA Page as Wingman B. C, and D. Thanks for any assistance on this. Chase.

"I would like to see a check box in the Misc options menu to disable pressing TDC as a requirement" I agree with the above statement. The way it is now you can't even fly the aircraft. I have to set the AP to fly straight then use both hands to lock the target. I think the TDC button would be much better if it were used to make subtle corrections. Like to make precision movements. Otherwise the way it was working was much easier for game play and I could keep one hand on the stick... kind of important i think lol. Thanks ED for a great AC. Dave.

Hello everyone. Thanks to the sale of the Hornet I've jumped back in the seat. I have been on break and flying primarily X-Plane and also Flying on line for the civilian side of aviation sims. So that brings me to my question. In A GA Aircraft or an Airliner, ATC will issue a Squawk Code to put in the Transponder for an IFR Flight. I do not see in the Hornet a transponder... I would assume that while flying around ATC would have the bird on their radar. So what method is used to track the Hornet. How would a Carrier track their fighters? A Squawk code is 4 digits. It's been a lot of fun. I've gotten so use to flying at an Indicated IAS of like 180 knots that 700 Knots made me actually LOL. Speaking of Speed. Maybe someone may know the answer to a follow up question. If I have the Burners on for a few minutes I get a yellow warning. But nothing shows ( That I'm seeing at least ) on the DDI's FCS Pg. I let off on the throttle and clear the warning and it doesn't come back on.... So maybe there is a time limit as to how long you can remain in afterburner mode? Maybe the Exhaust temps got to high... Anyway. Enjoying the Bird. A lot of fun flying a multi million AC for $80 bucks lol., Dave.

Thank you. It kind of works... but not so much with a multiplayer format with numerous players / clients. It will always load into a players cockpit and not the track. I'm sure it will take something a bit more complicated than what has been advised above ..... but thank you for your input I guess I'll fidle with it later. 3 hours my eyes are seeing double trying to get this to work lol.

TRACK PLAYBACK PRIOR TO MISSION START (MISSION INTRO) It's now possible to create missions with a pre-recorded introduction track. The procedure to create a mission with an intro track is as follows: 1. Create a mission with the necessary triggers, graphical and audio material. 2. Launch the mission, record the intro track and save it. 3. Create a new file, called "continue_track" with the number '1' inside. The file can be created with Notepad or other similar program. The file should have no extension. 4. Open the TRK file with your archive opener (winrar, etc.) and insert the "continue_track" file inside the "track_data" folder of the TRK archive. 5. Rename the TRK extention to MIZ. So i followed the above. I typed adding the quotes just like this. "continue_track" 1 Saved the file to a name of my choice. Saved as a text. But once i moved the file into the above stated folder i erased the extention. All the files look the same now. I think maybe i typed the code wrong? When i started the mission the track did not play... signed confused. Thanks for any assistance.

Hopefully someone here knows whats going on. My computer was built to recommended specs for the Rift. My card is a gtx 970. I can load a single player mission while using VR no problem. It does take a bit to load...longer than with just my monitor. but when i click on multiplayer i see the list of available servers but when i click on one the only thing that happenes is the music stops playing. If i try to start my own server same thing. the only thing i can do is hit the X in the upper right corner. I hate that i can't use it in multiplayer. I can't figure out why when i can load and fly a single player. I've only had the rift a few days but this has been the only problem i ran into except for the additional usb card i placed in it. But that caused conflicts and i couldn't even fly single player while using the new usb. Anyway anyone else ever had or have this this problem? Thanks.

No need to wait a few weeks. There are onlt two of us right now. And we both enjoy just kicking the tires. So we will have no problem helping you learn the aircraft. Toma is a better pilot than I am. I more of the mission builder, but enjoy the flying as well. So jump on in with us. the main thing is making new friends and just having fun, not how good you are.

So to be upfront i am looking for like minded pilots who enjoy flying relaxing but entertaining P-51 missions. Myself and one other get together Sunday afternoons typically around 3pm EST. And fly just for the enjoyment of simple missions. I make the missions. My missions last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours tops. I make them somewhat easy so even if you get shot down I'll have another plane with your name on it already in the air so you can get back in the action without taking off again. My last mission as an example consisted of myself and my friend Going after two transports. Easy targets. Then a few 109's would intercept us on our way back home to land. We then concentrate on one of us taking out the enemy and the other watch the other's back. Then land. I also enjoy eye candy. so typically add a lot of ground action during the start up and taxi time. Once i make a mission. We would play it, ill get input on how to male it better or more fun then i will end up with a completed mission. Usually have a new mission once per month to play. Right now all we use is world 2.0 and the vagus map. Sorry. If any of this sounds interesting we are looking for just a few people to join our sunday mission day. i guess post below any questions you may have and if you are interested. i will pm you my email address for those who are interested. I should say I'm only moderate for mission building. And the both of us are middle aged. So please no one that likes to curse a lot. Hopefully we can add 3 or 4 people to our sunday ritual ; ).
