thank you! tweaking this settings has completely solved my problem
-
its not! i have just started uh-1h without trackir fired and second pilot (operator) got the same zoom issue
-
that is correct! but does anyone knows the reason of it? :dunno: any knowledge will be great
-
for some reasons second pilot's maximum zoom level is lesser than commander's any ideas what file is responsible for that and how should i fix that?

i got DCS.exe error "a new guard for the stack cannot be created" and DCS crash when loading my sim with UltraMFCD in the background(( updating net.framework bear no fruit( UPD: the problem is after installing security updates for net.framework from windows update thank you for the great mod which absolutely solved all my multi-monitor problems. PeterP's mod HDR with a 'D' like Dynamic is now working with multi-monitors!

HDR with a 'D' like Dynamic for DCS 1.2.4
BackboneOne replied to PeterP's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
PeterP, thanks for this great mod, but i have really hard times making it work on multi-monitors in 1.2.16(( i got two 8' lilliputs for my MFCDs (vertical screen arrangement) and i have set up total resolution of my desktop which is 1920x1680 in MonitorSetup .lua i have read your Proper Neck guide but the questions is this: what file and line should i edit to alter my viewpoint to fit this resolution? will it also correct external view viewpoint? also i cant totally understand this "black background" method, i need some black layer behind MFCDs to hide moving background and have read posts about "black polygon" but can't figure out how to do it( thank you very much for your skill and effort! UPD: sorry for disturbing, UltraMDCS mod have solved all my problems with your mod! -
well done, Nate!

false alarm, my friends. it seems "diveplanes realistic improved DCS A10C lighting mod" was the cause of it, anti-collision lights are now working fine. please, remove the topic and thank you for your input
-
the nav lights and all other illumination are working as it should. is it a bug? please advise

only when testing something

i had some problems with JTAC response after update (crash to desktop), it was solved by redesigning a mission. i just deleted old JTAC and create a new one. it seems there is a problem with missions created in older version before update. hope it will help.
-
strange, i sill don't get it
-
very helpful, Eddie, thank you! i wish one day i will pass through 476th weapons school and get all its knowledge. thats my blessed aim))
-
wow! anything else? :smartass: EDIT: when you gettin' attack heading from JTAC and when he advised using of mk-82, is this attack heading correct in crosswind situation? how usable his wind remarks are?
-
im tryin 2 drop it from 7k-8k on t-90s. if there is no wind or it blows from one direction 1 mk-82 kills 1 t-90, i got no problem with that. what technique can i apply 2 deliver it with crosswind? please advise what document should i study, i can't find any specific topic about crosswind delivery. four-seven-six's input on this subject will be most welcome
-
its all about wind direction. there is no need for manual wind correction if the wind has same (or slightly different) direction on all three layers but there IS a problem when there is CROSSWIND, in that case my bombs are missing and manual wind correction is not solving that problem a bit. if there is a crosswind (for example 160 \ 243 \ 41) forget about dumb bombs(((
