I have tried alot of different settings including calibrating the ministick on the Ch Hotas Pro Throttle but the radar cursors stick or creep in one direction before they move in the direction intended. I have tried 40 percent saturation and 20 percent deadzone in DCS World settings /Controls /Axis Tune for the axis but the problem remains. SOLVED this by taking the ministick out of DX mode and using key presses.

Struggling reading the hud as well. Need a 100 inch monitor lol. Even with track ir,it is hard to read.

DCS World,the only sim giving me heaps of problems with this hotas. But I am doing the training missions which are loaded with bugs.

Definately problems with this sim with the CH hotas. Elite Dangerous and Falcon BMS run fine though. DCS World doesn't register CH hotas button presses assigned to KB commands. I have to use the KB for alot of functions in DCS which makes the hotas redundant.

I press left ALT plus q on the kb and the su 27 NWS steering works fine,use the exact same command on my CH hotas and the plane veers right with no steering at all. Exact same KB commands,two different results. Argh,this sim lol. I am using the POV hat down shifted function for NWS,it has a shifted dialog there in CH Manager to put commands into. I have NWS written which is notated as NWS LALT q in the CMC. Anyone with a CH hotas can shed some light? I don't understand why two exact same kb commands,only the kb one works,not the CH hotas interpretation. P.S. I decided to move the NWS to an unshifted button but the same problem exists.

I solved it Rudel_chw I am an idiot,feel lower than an ant's ass. All I needed to do was wait a few minutes for the su 27's power to take affect and then once I started the engines,my face turned red as a ripe tomatoe as she sparked into life with a whistful whine of her jets and me looking at myself in the momitor with a pumpkin head. Then my throttle started moving lol,I forgot how much of a study sim this is,probably why I have avoided it and this is just the FC3 ac,think I'll stick with those. Hmm,no rudder control but I have discovered this bird uses toe brakes to steer and I need to turn on nws.

I made an error on my earlier post which I have corrected said Left alt and home but I should have written Right Alt and home. These kb commands do not work for me with the su 27. It sits on the taxiway like a lame duck.

Yes,they are the commands but nothing happens. Going to bed soon,been on this for hours and hours,not getting anywhere.

DCS World have given me the same advice which I have already done.

I already did that,deleted the whole lot and started again but same issue. I deleted every category listed under my hotas in axis and all pages then assigned controls to every plane I have. I did not touch the kb bindings. The su27 engines didn't start up with Left Alt and home or left Control and home either.

No. I have already done two repairs of my install which pretty much found nothing which makes it more perplexing.

Yes ,I have checked the throttle a hundred times now. Also the engines don't start up when I press right alt and home or right control and home. Buggy mess. I have sent a support ticket as I have done all I can. Only get frustrated,been on here for hours and still at square one. It's like someone is looking at my computer and trolling with my install lol. My Steam account got hacked recently so it could be them. My DCS is not the Steam version though.

1.5.7. Not only have I found out the throttles don't work but the engine doesn't turn on either when I use the kb commands. How can I delete the FC 3 module from DCS World and redownload it? The torrent must be corrupted. I have done a repair but that hasn't fixed the issue. I am now getting pretty peed off having spent quite a few hours trying to get this sim to function. Anyone know the fail safe way of installing this sim without any bugs? I now feel hopeless and starting to get depression trying to get this sim working. I honestly feel like someone is looking at my computer at messing up my files.

Just tried a normal mission and the throttle aint working. What am I doing wrong?

How did you fix this? The throttle in the training start up mission does not work ,only in normal missions. In training even the keys assigned to throttle do not work on this ac.

It's only the su27 training start up mission that is affected,even the Page UP and Page DOWN keys don't work for the throttle in that training mission. Can anyone test their keys and throttles for this mission?

I installed the user files by MadDog_IC,(hey that's you!) which fix the problems with the training startup mission ,unfortunately,the throttle still does not move when I move my throttle control on my hotas and the weird thing is,the Page UP and Page DOWN keys do not work either. Really strange. In normal missions,the su 27 throttle does work so must be a bug with 1.5.7. I've already deleted my entire user folder and went over every ac I own with a fine tooth comb assigning controls and deleting every axis or button conflict in my CH hotas. I noticed at first when I started up DCS World and went to the FC3 section,there were no missions listed in training and then I saw a button to install the module. Maybe I should have installed the module outside of the sim. Could that be the problem?

I just did everything ,I deleted every category in the "all" tab under my Ch hotas headings and also the "axis settings" tab and reassigned axis for every single ac to make sure of no conflicts. When I started the fc3 su 27 training,start up mission,the throttle still does not work. It does when flying a normal mission though.

Oh ty Bignewy ,didn't know about that folder. Deleting settings.lua in the mission editor folder. Ok ,that fixed the mission problem ty again. Are there any other files in that folder I can delete to get the training missions working properly so my throttle works again in the su27 and the trim in the su25t?

Ok,I used the powershell cmds to clean and repair my install,rebooted but the problems remain. Funny farm booked.

I used the su27 specific commands and assigned the engine throttle that way. Obviously bugs in the sim since it has been updated to 1.5.7 and the training part of the sim has been neglected which is silly imho. The same scenario as Flanker 2.5. Makes me not want to buy any other modules now ,knowing half the sim does not work properly. and it takes free mods from users to fix up the mess.
