of course..you can open/edit any mission in the ME. And in DCS a Campaign is just a set of single Missions put in a row with the Campaign Editor

I guess they design "lighweight" Helicopters to increase the performance..

Hi Skull, the best way to learn how the mission editor works is just "analysing" some other Missions..so take a Mission where a unit uses Signal Flares (there is one in the Huey Campaign...not sure which one it was), and look how the Triggers are set...it is not that complicated..but a bit hard to explain exactly in a thread

Hi Skull, this requires a bit of Mission Editor Knowledge, and there are more ways to accomplish that...but to explain it quite simple Set up a Trigger Zone which is gonna be crossed or entered by your Helicopter set a trigger "when your Helicopter enters that zone" set an Action " the Life Raft should fire Flares"

I am not going to touch the DCS World Folder in the saved Games....I know what this Folder does..so far so good...but you keep confusing me with the Module Manger...:huh: As far as I understand the Module Manager does quite the same as the protect.exe..(register/unregister) but with a really clean install of DCS World..how does the Game know what Modules I have?!?! About my Account?! But anyway..so I rename / delete the "old" DCS World Folder (Game Folder not saved Games) I download the latest DCS World and install it. Then I start DCS an go to the Module Manager There my purchased Modules appear somehow, and I can install and register them. right?! :huh:

Thank you Sir!:thumbup: So what I do: I rename my current "DCS World" Folder I download DCS 1.2.7 + all my Modules ver. 1.2.7 I install everything I register the Modules with the protect.exe in the bin Folders I do not loose any of my 10 Registrations for each Module Sorry for being such a Noob:music_whistling:

o.k. how about just a clean re-install of DCS?! I am not going to format my PC..just want to completly re-install DCS and all my Modules..to have a clean Rig (I want to get into JSGME now).. deactivation needed or not?! Thanks!

yay..for me the Su-25T is one of the most fun Aircraft in DCS..I love flying it..no matter whether "DCS Level" or not..but a 6DOF is badly missed...as for the Migs...Su-33 seems to be on the way..

Hi airwar, uhmm..the SAR PLBs seem no to work properly?! I have no chance finding a SAR Team, because they do not transmitt...even if I fly directly above them..no signal...if I change the frequency to 40,0 LZ Quebec answers immediatly. At 40,6...just silence..Just tried it with the Huey. Did I miss something here?! It worked fine in v2:helpsmilie:

yap..seems like a "wrong" input config...try to reset the Input for the Su25..so go to .../saved Games/DCS/Config/input Folder and rename or delete the Su25 Folder..restart an see what happens then..
