  1. Thanks Skatezilla....I never realized that distinction.
  2. Thanks guys...your input was all spot on. It was my own fault. I was hitting NAV once I saw INS NAV READY but not waiting for it to blink or get to 4.0.0.8. Once I got my act together it works perfectly. Thanks for getting me back on point. You guys are the best. Cheers Jason
  3. I can put together a track I suppose. Even with alignment and EGI set same is happening. In fact even if EAC is the last thing I turn on during startup it's the same.
  4. Hi guys. Hoping someone can help me with an issue I'm having with the EAC. I Find that I can't get it to kick on, i.e. The caution panel light goes off and autopilot functions, until I'm like 5 minutes into flight. I notice that in most tutorials and online videos people can get it to fire up right away on the ramp. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance. Jason
  5. Hi guys, any advice for me here. I run the steam version of DCS and graphically it runs great. I recently noticed a new glitch that I've never seen before, my exhaust animation looks bugged and is a blocky blue shape instead of the normal hot air exhaust. Any thoughts on how to fix this? It's never looked this way before. Cheers Jason
  6. Hi Alaskan...Not sure if my private messages or replies are working properly. I replied to your message but I don't see it in the message thread. Wanted to say the fix seems to work like a charm...thank you! Great work.
  7. Thank you so much!
  8. Hi Alaskangrizzly, Thank you for your wonderful program. It works great for me! I'm having one small hang up I am hoping you can help me with. When trying to adjust the position of the kneeboard I am having issues. I run in 1920 x1080 on my main screen but also use 2 small Lilliport monitors for my MFCDs. So I believe DCS says my resolution is something like 1920 x 1660 or something like that. When I try to position my kneeboard so it is just on my main monitor, it looks good on your preview but in flight I always find that it is split between the main screen and spreads down to one of the small monitors. Is there a work around for this or something I am doing wrong? Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers Jason
  9. Thanks for the replies guys....also came across a solution of making a markpoint on the TAD. Really appreciate the help
  10. Hi guys, recently diving head first back into DCS. I was wondering if anyone could help me with one thing. Or point me in the right direction. I notice all the waypoints in most of the tutorial videos and missionds are ground level. What I find though when I do the missions, or Maple Flag missions, all my waypoints or steer points are in the air. I then find it difficult to use the TGP to find the ground beneath the waypoint/steer point. When I make the waypoint SPI and slave my sensors to it I end up with a view of the sky. I try and slew down to the ground but it's cumbersome. Is there something I'm missing? Could anyone give me any pointers or point me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Jason
