  1. Definitely a problem with the Track IR , hopefully fixed at the nest update ;)
  2. is it on your i7-4770K ?
  3. What CPU and GPU do you have ? to run it
  4. yes same for Track IR axis.. :(
  5. @ViKe yes same here.. as you can read above.
  6. Yes Thanks: But here why :) The Z axis is set for Track IR which shouldn't fro the go. Z should be first by moving head forward or back not zoom-in This need correction.. if people want to zoom well they add it. After I set my control for Track IR "Only" when Track IR is "ON" and it appear in the controls settings. If have the misfortune ( which happen a lot ) to launch DCS with out Track IR, It will not appear in my controls unlike before and then when I do turn ON my Track IR the settings are back to default which has the zoom in on Z axis of the Track IR So I concluded this is a Bug of controls setting.
  7. When I choose my sight fov as normal zoom in or out the track IR wont do it.. only when track IR is off.. Am I missing something ? Thx
  8. AMD xfire smooth as silk.
  9. I could start DCS and force it onto DX10, went into the menu but it's very slow.. and crash
  10. -----Agreed :) hope is coming when this is reported and letting Devs knows about it ( I'm sure they know but good to be reminded by many) "Edge" to me was this hope and performance ).
  11. Now what DCS really need to help the spotting is what i was hoping is the material/ fuselage / canopy light reflection. Reflection are bigger than a dot ;) really count on this .. we talked about it ( at list I ) long ago. Spotting is much easier when light fluctuate on an object close by or far away ( real life ) DSC should emulate this. Any objects. Military use camouflages, special mat paint etc for that particular reason.
  12. Did you try to have just like two positions on the joystick like one mid and far zoom ? no zoom in slow ? I use 3 my far out normal sight view position which I spend all my time on at a max fov of 95 one mid at 70 and the other 20 or 30 max.
  13. @56RAF_Talisman Zoom in with Track IR is bad habit.. rather keep your axis to move your head forward in the cockpit instead and map (view tab ) to have a zoom quick sight on a key.
  14. With the imminent venue of VR this is a most important subject and priority for the realism of the DCS sim, Lockon/DCS were always a pain to spot and find distant aircraft unlike in real life. Using the zoom to spot things is no preferred seriously and real bad in VR, we do not zoom-in period. I understand that fighting with missile 100's miles away is a thing in DCS or at list in the Lockon arena but now with WW2 aircraft and trainers and a mix era choices i think it's a big problem and I hope it will be fix/modified for the best use on VFR (Visual Flight Rating) IL2/RoF are pretty good on that matter
  15. They should run DCS ..
  16. Haaa good question.. if not... solution ? Thx Yes GTX 280's
  17. All my PC with intel work ok from the start.. My 2 AMD's get the error .. :( Downloaded the files but crash.. any solution on AMD systems ? Thx
  18. :) FoV need to be locked ... Same here no shake or edge feeling on FFB
  19. Actually the MiG29 cockpit in mirrors we can see some 3D problem things
  20. Looks pretty nice yes , good performance .. Gui is good .. hopefully it will still good when 2.0 will be here . I'm very please atm. the real turn down is the FOV problem and need to have some kind of controls.
  21. I want my head to be in the Cockpit not on the rear seat so 95 is perfect for me atm.
  22. WIth the Beta 1.5 there is noway I'll go back to the pre-version.. The Beta is my main DCS now.
  23. Basically almost everyone are going on W10 and it's good ! so this post is oudated :)
