can't update as well Server is updating super slow if it is not disconnected and my main DCS wont even see the update.

This is a huge problem , Reflection of aircraft glass/ fuselage etc at distance should be greatly improved, Lights at distance nee also a serious improvement at distance.. for now they vanish.. they should stick out greatly instead :) SO yeas it is a pain and hopefully this is addressed and should be improved as priority really.

@hhatch Well all depend what you like on a situation role or aircraft I would of start with the Su-25's ( T is coming with DCS:World from stock ) and go from this up. only fly the AFM or EFM aircraft physics to have a much better sens of everything an aircraft should do and be. A10 is fabulous for what it is to be made .. don't expect to go Mach speed with it. :) Clickable pits are superb. F-86, MiG's .. superb. let us know how it goes for you and many help can be found here . PS: make sure to set your views correctly to enjoy the sim as you want. The fish eyes 140 degre is to avoid at all cost :D

With the VR coming real soon and the feeling to be on a real VR dimensional cockpit all those details will play a huge role in the DCS future . Interaction with teh world around you is #1. SO lets have the most realistic as possible. and it can be dumb down to a F3 level on a flip of a switch. Everyone happy ;)

They are all important, but traffic controls and new maps are up the list with also Multiplayer stability and servers with total controls. No care for new generation aircraft. Having new maps and a good solid multiplayer stable base is probably the most important of all , and after we can build everything on top. Traffic air controls for realism is a must ( big time ) and on but yea all the above less 4th generation aircraft are important

1.2.16 is off no way we are going back.. update should really be on top of 1.5.. long live 1.2 now lets it have a new start on 1.5 ;)
