I find the MiG-21 more GPU challenged ( Textures/Polygons ) errors etc.. and the "Snake" head more CPU oriented.

Do you have the MiG-21 ? Did tried head's serpent A10 Mission .. high 50's to locked at 60.. AMD's lately has a hard time on DCS but this changed to me at list.

So far with original MiG-21's files which is the worse on FPS... All other crafts are much higher.. -This is from the Take OFF Mission

I was making some tests and I decided to run CF on my two R9 290x's It's usually disabled. And.. I choose Rise of Flight profile. ROF.exe Got a serious boost ! Here my simple sample settings.. Try it and let me know if it's working better for you. I never had DCS running so smooth..

Yes :) I had a lot more fun tonight on the MI-8MT .. smoother.. I was having fun doing aerobatic with it.. We can feel much better the flight with high FPS for sure .. such fun ! I really found how fun it can be flying it.. So yes a fix should be done :)

Yes this is something that should be addressed much more to the developers .. What make someone want to fly a DCS aircraft ?.. yes ..is realism and complexity but flying it in our pc it need to be optimized the best it can be. Like everything in competition " Doing the best " not only on 3D but in optimization for a best smooth experience. We count on them to do their best.
