Go to www.naturalpoint.com and get Version 5.1 beta 3. Reinstall TrackIR with these drivers. If still no go, this is what i did. Go to device manager, find >NaturalPoint devices>NaturalPoint trackIR 3,4,5, w.e you have.Right click Update driver software. This is the method i used and it works fine for me. Sometimes i have to unplug and reconnect the hardware.
