[ASOR 234th OPERATION 13/07/19 1930 AEST] ‘Nam Campaign Mission 07: Turkey Shoot SRS Required Available: UH-1H\SA342 November 28th, 1968 Brass has directed all nonessential staff in the 1st Cav are to have Thanksgiving off. Unfortunately for you Slick pilots, you are essential. Preacher UH-1 flight will take off from the "Golfcourse" and deliver a special order of hot turkeys and the company reverend, call sign Sky Pope, to FOB Foxtrot, FOB Delta, LZ English as well as a number of undisclosed locations in-country where troops are deployed. The turkeys will be freshly roasted and packed into bulky insulated containers, which will take time to load and unload. Due to limited time and potential security issues, Sky Pope will only visit the three established bases. Dark Horse OH-1s may be available for scouting or escort tasking, however our sister company has not informed us whether they will stand all their pilots down or not yet. Python flight has been tasked elsewhere and is not available for escort. A ceasefire has been called between AVRN and South Vietnam troops to observe the holiday, however it is unlikely to hold if previous years are to go by. Due to this, ROE is return fire only. I can certainly concede mistaken information as sometimes this is not clear when using others sources particularly when the NTRP 3-22.2-FA18A-D manual seems to be unavailable. [EDIT] I've just had a guy comment on the vid that the TERM parameters don't need to be entered in, and the JDAM will still work - anyone confirm this?

Thanks to this thread, I've now been able to successfully set up and run our own dedicated ASOR 234 squadron server. So, thanks to all those over the past 28 pages who directly or indirectly helped! The only thing I'm unclear about are the paid DLC maps status. Are these a free download yet, or not? If so what is the process to download? This may sound like a stupid question, but how do you know when your JDAMs are aligned - is it the message on the DDI that says 'good'? Also one member talked about using a MGRS conversion via a website to get decimal places on the LAT/LONG. Surely it's easier to set this via map options in the first place?

Took a ticket and got a pretty swift reply. It was mods that was the cause. Removed the offending folder. Ran cleanup and then repair. All is now fixed. Thanks for your responses.

Yes, I've done a repair. My graphics driver is up to date. The only mods I have are skins. Can't spot any access violations in the log.

Just recently my DCS Beta 2.5 has developed a major crash situation. The only thing I can do in Beta is join a MP server. I get a crash on: Training missions. Player missions. Trying to run a mission from within the ME. Trying to host a server. I have no such problems with DCS Release, which is on the same SSD. So, looks like a complete wipe and re-install of Beta. I presume all my HOTAS settings will be ok, as they are saved separately on my main drive? Any tips from those that have done this lately?
