Hello all! As you know, the export.lua we are using for the profiles is growind day by day, and becomes a pain to mantain such a large file. So a clean solution was needed to improve the process. As you should know i am using a Loophole export as base for all my implementations, so, who better to do the job? Yes!, Loophole has reorganized the export code and now all the Helios functions are in a separated folder. So the export.lua now is very clear and only have the lines to call the Helios core functions, or other programs, like simpleradio, tackview, DCS-BIOS, SSA etc. You can find the new export on my site, download section. the other export.lua continue being operatives, but i recomend you to change to this new one, because is going to be the base for my new implementations. I want gives publics thanks to Loophole, for his great job. Ahh ! i fixed a problem with the Gazelle outputs, I deleted by mistake a line in the last export.lua, so if you fly the Gazelle.... that is your new export to use!! www.captzeen.com ..

for some reason you are not using the correct luas for the other viewports. check if you are using my files, you need them for the rest of viewports.

A fast test on the UH1H profile, and everything looks working, here. Be sure you are using the default.lua file for the keyboard. This profile is old and dont use direct sending commands, still uses the keys. You can download the file from my site: UH-1H default keys for lastest DCS versions - 29/Sep/2016 ( use it for DCS v1.5.4 +) ..

Too late to test now. But tomorrow i am going to take a look to those profiles.

ED modified only the two DDI (left and right) files. So you need to continue using my files for the other viewports. Remember to use a mod manager like JSGME or OVGME to install those files. Every update overwrite those files.

the exported UFC is very dark by default, so turn up the UFC brightness with the button on the cockpit.

After the patch: Ok.... ED has activated the viewport export for the DDI in this patch, so we dont need to overwrite those luas anymore. So.. what you need to do? -First, remove the monitor configuration lua files from DCS using JSGME or OVGME ( probably you installed the files with one of those programs) -Now, in the folder monitor_configuration of the profile package, you need to delete the folder MDI_IP1556A from Monitor configuration\Mods\aircraft\FA-18C\Cockpit\Scripts\Multipurpose_Display_Group - Edit the AMPCD_init.lua and set shaderLineDrawAsWire = false - Now you can install again the modifications using JSGME or OVGME. In the 2_monitors-FA18C.lua you need to change F18_LEFT by LEFT_MFCD and F18_RIGHT by RIGHT_MFCD. Thats the names ED uses in his files. With this changes you will see something similar to my screenshot ..

For the export-lua you only need to exit from the mision and enter again. But i dont remember if that works for the monitorsetup.

Hello all. I had installed Oculus in windows 7 without problems. Recently i installed windows 10 on my computer, and now everytime i try to install the oculus software i get the restart computer error. In the OculusSetup log i got: [Error] [22/06/2018 20:30:41] Process C:\Program Files (x86)\Oculus\Support\oculus-librarian\OVRLibrarian.exe exited with code 8. Please can someone help me to solve this problem? Thanks a lot.

Thats i one of the things a have to do from a long time ago. The export.lua become very extense and is a pain to mantain.

The exported viewport dont have nothing to do with the helios profile. Thats something that DCS do. The quality of those are only a DCS issue. Anyway, you changed the line to improve the quality of the exported viewports? Check the instructions

Try turn the UFC bright knob to the top, the exported UFC is very dark

Inside the package of the profile, you got the files you need to export the DDis, IFEI, UFC and AMPCD to a second monitor.

Cloudi, if your system have more than 2 monitor check the FAQ on the web site. There is a bug in Helios that cause your problems, there you can find the solution. If you dont fix it, send me your profile and i can fix it for you.

I am going to check the radio issue tonight. In the monitor configuration you only need one of the two. To fit the IFEI look at the template I post here, for some reason, the width need to be bigger than looks.
