  1. Hi, DocSigma! Thanks! I'll give a try! Cheers, Vincent
  2. Hi, guys! Now that I know how to navigate using the RSBN navigation radio. I'm at Krasnodar airbase which is channel 3, I have the RSBN navigation radio on channel 4 because channel 3 doesn't work. To tune the RSBN navigation radio for the ILS landing, I set the RSBN navigation radio channel to 4 and the SAU autopilot will guild me down to around 100 meters or 328 feet, right? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  3. Hi, guys! Question for you regarding the cockpit layout, do you know what model of the Mig-21bis that have the cockpit like what the leatherneck simulations Mig-21bis have? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  4. Hi, art-j! I'm using the Logictech attack 3 joystick. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  5. Hi, golani79! Got it! Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  6. Hi, guys! When I try bind the throttle to the joystick buttons I clicked on lologictech attack 3 which is the joystick brand, the words add, clear, default and axis tune is greed out except the words modifiers, axis assign, FF tune and make HTML. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  7. Hi, guys! I got a feature request for the Mig-21bis: in simple engine management it also should have engine never stops running when pulling negative Gs. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  8. Hi, guys! I'm having a very hard landing the mig-21. When I land I hit the ground too hard, the plane bounce I think about 50 feet into the air, hit the ground, the plane flipped over. How do I set the SAU for the ILS and auto land? And how do I program the 2 buttons on the joystick for the throttle which it will make landing a little easier than now which I have to reach over to the NUM -/NUM + keys to adjust the throttle? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent

    APU sounds

Hi, Art-j! Yes, the APU in the manual is definitely wrong. The so-called APU switch on the left console of the cockpit is actually a ESU (Engine Start Unit) switch. Cheers, Vincent

    APU sounds

Hi, iFoxRomeo!! I didn't know that the mig-21bis does not have the APU! How does the engine start unit work and where is it located on the mig-21bis? The label should say ESU instead of APU. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  11. Hi, guys! I'm at the Soganlug airbase but I didn't see the RSBN channel for it in the kneeboard. I don't understand how the sectors work which is used for ARK navigation. I looked in the manual but I still don't understand these things. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please tell me what airbases are in sectors 1,2,3,4,5 ect. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  12. Hi, Flagrum! That makes sense! Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  13. Hi, guys! I'm not 100% sure, how do I get the HUD in the DCS Mig-21 to work and what kind of HUD modes does the DCS Mig-21 HUD have? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent

    APU sounds

Hi, guys! I found a bug in the Mig-21: the APU sounds is missing in the Mig-21. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  15. Hi, guys! It is very strange. Like I said earlier, sometimes the right engine start or won't start, and it is random. Does anyone experiences this kind of problem? I hate random bugs!! Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  16. Hi, dudester22! The left/right engines was running for about 20 minutes even with the left/right wing fuel boost pumps off and the left/right fuselage fuel boost pumps off and the left/right engines has never stopped running. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  17. Hi, guys! I restarted the computer, loaded up DCS world and now I got both the left/right engines running. I don't know about this, sometimes the right engine start and sometimes it doesn't and I think it's random. I found something that doesn't seem right, the both the left/right engines can be started and the left/right engines continues running even with the left/right wing fuel boost pumps off and the left/right fuselage fuel boost pumps off. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  18. Hi, guys! I did the engine startup procedures correctly but the right engine won't start. Any ideas? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  19. Hi, guys! Question for you, I wanted to know if the engines and the APU in the A-10C will start without the fuel boost pumps on and I don't know if it's bug or not? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  20. Hi, Andrei! Do you know how the oxygen supply in the mig-21 is suppose to last before it is time to refill the oxygen bottle again? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  21. Hi, guys! I really enjoy flying the complicated mig-21! When I took off yesterday, I forgot to remove the safety pin, no wonder the landing gear won't go up, I released the safety pin, trying to get the gear up, no joy, then I ejected from the mig-21, and then I get a new plane. No big deal. Cheers, Vincent
  22. Hi, guys! I did some tests with the oxygen on the mig-21. The oxygen supply goes from 150 to 0 with the blue 100% oxygen off in about 2 and a half hours, but with the blue 100% oxygen on, the oxygen supply goes from 50 to 0 in about 14 minutes or from 150 to 0 in about 42 minutes. Better, but the oxygen supply still needs some improvement. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  23. Hi, guys! I noticed the other bug: the repair won't replenish the oxygen supply in the mig-21 like it does in the A-10C. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  24. Hi, guys! The oxygen indicator is now down to 50 since it has been a couple of hours ago since the oxygen indicator was about 142. I think the oxygen supply in the Mig-21 lasts for about 10-12 hours and plus the oxygen is not suppose to be running when the blue oxygen/mixture is off. Please see attached. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
  25. Hi, guys! I noticed the oxygen is flowing even with the blue oxygen/mixture turned off. The oxygen indicator was 150 when I started the sim then about 5 minutes later the oxygen indicator got to about 142. Please see attached. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
