Quick fix worked (nvd.fx) as predicted. Thanks Frenchy for the quick response. :) EXCEPT.... It's not passing MP IC again. :(
-
Looking forward to wearing the Spitfire IX :pilotfly:
-
Nope , I keep checking WWII Backer Rewards in my Account Profile and the Spitfire IX still hasn't shown up :(
-
Odd. It doesn't show as an option yet in my Profile, only Dora and Mustang (which I already have)

Simple Radio is a standalone app now, not a mod. Very useful, the best comms for DCS some say. I agree with them. Link to Simple Radio Standalone - https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=169387

A-10C HUD Symbology 1 Degree Up
Kozmyk replied to BManx2000's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
I have the Cockpit Camera Position keys bound as "Seat adjustments" That works nicely for FC3 planes. I do like your fixed mod for the A-10C though. -
Before the Win 10 Anniversary Update my default audio output device was continually changing, at power-up, between outputs A and B of my Voicemeeter. Since the Update it has all been stable. (fingers crossed)

SR independent of DCS A while back there was a Twitch discussion between us, a bunch of DCS heads, and a group who regularly fly elsewhere than DCS. SR already does what they were looking for in terms of dedicated channels. If we could get them using SR in their current battles, it would be a step towards encouraging them to spend more time in DCS. And when they did they'd already be familiar with SR.

I was like "But...but...but Ranger said it would be in this week's update" then "Where's the update?..." > worry worry worry.... :fear: I really wish I hadn't taken all those Valium now....

DCS: SA342 Gazelle Complete English Cockpit Mod
Kozmyk replied to Devrim's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Sussed it Somehow I unzipped into a folder with the same name as the zip file. Too many folders in the Path again. Different reason this time though. Currently only for the M and L Mistral in the works ?? -
DCS: SA342 Gazelle Complete English Cockpit Mod
Kozmyk replied to Devrim's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Yes wonderful Win10 I have it installed now but I'm not seeing English. Has the addition of the Mistral version messed things up? -
DCS: SA342 Gazelle Complete English Cockpit Mod
Kozmyk replied to Devrim's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Thanks Devrim You were exactly right. It was too deep: D:\Koz Downloads\DCS_World\DCS Mods\Add-on Mods I moved it up one layer and it extracted no problem. Funny though, I haven't had that trouble before... -

I was running out at the end of the down wind leg. I dare say I could make it around by rushing the text but that's just the point. It's a training mission where one is meant to read the text. Like I said, I just added more fuel to give myself time. I think more fuel should be added for the mission before module release though.
-
OK. Bad choice of words "go-around" The instructions are to to follow quite a wide circuit pattern, wider than a normal overhead break. I just edited the .miz file, for myself, but for part of a tutorial it needs more fuel.
-
In the approach and landing tutorial there is insufficient fuel to follow the landing instructions. There's enough to go straight to the landing but not enough for the break and go-around as directed by the training mission.

ASIO4ALL Ciribob I don't know if this helps but I use VB Voicemeeter to manage my audio and when I moved to Win10 I had to install ASIO4ALL as there weren't suitable drivers for Voicemeeter in Win10. Perhaps there could be something in ASIO4ALL that might help.

Thank you Buddy Spike for some great entertainment in Blue flag Round 8. It was fun both to fly and to watch. Congrats to Blue and Red for a fight well fought. -

Where did the server go? Crashed with an hour to go. Hasn't come back up. -
We desperately need more eastern bloc aircraft
Kozmyk replied to desdinova's topic in DCS Core Wish List
I would happily pay again for "Hi-Fi" versions of the FC3 planes. I accept that whiners gonna whine but the reality is that such developments cost money so we shouldn't begrudge that. I came back to Eagle Dynamics products Because of DCS:WW2 I had LOMAC and early Flaming Cliffs in the old days. I wasn't really looking for a modern plane combat simulator. Given the slow progress of WW2 planes and maps, I've gotten absorbed by the jet stuff (gotta do something while I wait ;) ) but I'm still really here for the props. -
I have it done like this (see diagram) HOTAS buttons marked Red Green and Blue I use for modifiers in DCS settings already. T16000m button 14 "TrackIR Ctr" I set for simple radio Channels #1,2 and 3 with Red, Green and Blue as modifiers in the same way. Hotas X button 5 set as Common PTT and away to go Tip With all these modifiers I find it useful to keep the diagram up on monitor 2. I'd never remember the differences between plane layouts otherwise ;)

What's with bases being closed at Restart when they were at 20% before End of Session ? -
Thanks once again Chuck. You're a star
-
Yes I've noticed that . Perhaps setting radio channels to audio left/right might help simultaneous playback, for two channels at least. Some kind of mixing would be better. Watching Blue Flag there's often GCI and 2 flight members talking over each other.
