I have been looking at this myself recently too and most maps say the same thing. The only source of confusion is the fact you have some groups like 'The Army of Conquest', who contain Al-Nusra but also less radical rebels. Those Pks are wrong anyway. Even the AIM-7E2 was up to 0.13 by the end of the Vietnam War. The AIM-9D was also at 0.25 and he's failed to grasp the trend.

Okay yeah I see, that article is a bit confusing, it says the name applies only to the 3M-54 export variants but also says later in the same article (entitled Klub): I guess they're the longer-ranged domestic variants of the Klub missile that aren't called Klub.;)
