  1. I am not good with numbers and technical stuff but yeah, a high speed roll could lead you to a pretty ugly roll spin, pilot goes blacked out and you would be lucky to recover if you are high enough...The constant roll would cause more drag and as the speed gets slower the pilot might recover..

But never the less i would like too keep the flame of the thread, because overall the PFM of the module is quiet changed, so we can keep up with what other people are coming out with.   6. I had my mirrors on no fps drop just that weird white texture flashing in my cockpit
  7. I never rly liked the clouds in DCS but now it's worse for me. From a distance the seem to have that cartoonish layout and from up close before merging with the cloud form a specific angle of view the start rotating.. Another issue is that while in a thick cloud layer i notice white stuttering flash in cockpit view only.. Anyone else related to there issues? P.S. I understand that clouds and sky are not yet a finished product and changes are to come. I just pointing the issues i fall upon.
  8. This is not rly a matter of graphic issue its cause be the difference in the sky colors as it transits from dark blue to light blue. Maybe in the near future where engines can render way more realistic this will go away

The stall feels a bit weird for me from couple of tests i did, is hard to recover, it's not a flat spin i manage to pull the nose down and gather speed but it never recovers.. more like a bug off the airflow to the wings..But overall it looks so easy to handle now extremely easy to loop turn and maintain that low speed maneuver..dunno if i like it or not..

  14. I ll post a vid to showcase what im saying. Yes sounds like normal to stall at 400km/h with a 5-6 g turn while AoA is above 25. but it's hard to recover even in high altitudes. On the other hand i was able to do loop maneuvers while keeping my AoA near 10-20 and managing thrust and g's at 1-5 g with low speeds without flaps help at all
  15. The aircraft will make an ugly and unrecoverable stall after u pull some G in a turn at speeds around 400km/h. It's just ridiculous how weird and hard it stalls...
  16. Ok i found a fix for now. for the thrust. While in game go to the axis and under ur joystick axis check "default" the thrust text will still be red lined but the axis will turn blue and will work in flight.
  17. This is huge and needs a fix ASAP plz! I can not bind the Flaps up and down in my hotas. Also flaps key's are only for two positions... Mig has three. (retract, T/O, landing). Also Thrust is not working! I had my old config for mig-21 and paste it in to beta. Thrust was highlighted red and did not respond at all. I made a new one from scratch and was working only until i restart the game. Made a couple tests more and it is a bug. You make a new profile everything is working fine, you restart the game and boom no thrust for u..

  19. Thank you for ur time and the info. But it is what we already know. I raised this thread because i found a sound file on the "spo-launch" warning sounds and i am asking if there is any missile warning adapted to the spo-10 warning sounds. The spo wav files include spo-trak, lock and launch attributes.
  20. Exactly but is this implemented on the sim? I really can't tell till now.. If a missile launch warning exists on the SPO 10 we really need it to work, we reeaalllyyy neeeeedddd
  21. I have changed the sound file already so i'll notice about what you are saying. The only notice i ever have is that on missile launch some times the signal from the opposing aircraft is interrupted. Anyhow was looking for some proof about the different tone in a missile shot and found nothing.   22. Hi to everyone! I was messing up with the sound files of Mig-21, was replacing flare sounds etc at (DCS\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\MIG-21bis\Sounds\Effects\Aircrafts\Cockpits) and i noticed under the SPO sounds three values, (spo-track , spo-lock & spo launch (WAV files not ogg). So far the biggest problem for a mig-21 fighter pilot is that he knows the whereabouts of the radar source that is beaming him (ok), he knows when he is locked by a radar source but he never knows about the launch time of missile.. So i overwrite the SPO - launch sound with something else (ex bariosa launch warning). I tested and nothing is happening the SPO stays even on launch at the steady lock tone. The sound and files are there for the launch warning (i even notice that the original sound file had a different pitch tone than the lock). Any heads up anyone? xxxJohnxxx?? :p Leatherneck??

  25. Why not make the F-4E Phantom? Then you have a rival for mutliplayer at last for the mig-21 and we will finally see it on servers being used as it should, with proper war theater for those great aircraft's! This is my opinion which fills the gap that the mig-21bis opened. There is no role for the mig-21 in multiplayer server as it is now. And you multiply this gap by adding planes like the mig-23 or the f-14. This is my request to Leatherneck that created my favorite model in every flight sim but it does not support it properly by announcing those crafts.
