rgr seems to happen randomly, not only in multiplayer

Graphics glitch out and game crashes all the time I've been having this problem a lot, not only recently. When I'm playing, sometimes the game just locks up for a couple of seconds, and then the graphics completely flip, showing me something like this: This is really really really annoying and ruins the game. I've been monitoring my hardware, and I can not see any issues. I also ONLY have these issues with DCS: World. No other game is showing giving me trouble. I've attached a recent log file if it helps any Does anybody know what is going on and how I can fix it? It happened 2 times already today, within a couple hours. dcs.zip

I haven't followed the entire topic, but how capable will the mirage be in air-to-ground? It looks so promising!

That's true, but most servers I've been on only have SU-27 on the red team, and for some reason Eagle pilots will always choose the ones on the blue team, even if that means there will be no enemies to fight. It might be realistic, but not fun at all. A simulation game also needs to be fun, otherwise it has no reason to be played. Hhmm so my chances are just really low? *sigh* looks like I'm gonna have to do more training on fighting multiple enemies

How to fight multiple f15's, in the 3 months I've had this aircraft I've always been the lonely su27 pilot while there were 5 or even more f15's, it's just not fun. I can never win that.

I'm always the lonely sole fighting multiple f15's. It is happening again, right now. I'm the only Russian jet in the server, fighting 3 F15's. I've already shot 1 down, but another f15 killed me. Does anybody have some tips in what to do when encountering multiple f15's?

The part about the mod was meant just as a fun, not as super-duper ultra serious fact... Anyways... It's cool to know more about the missile, if it is hidden we can obviously not develop about it.

Hey all. I've recently stumbled across the R-27AE missile over some Russian websites. It would appear this is an active radar guided missile. I haven't found much information yet and I don't know what kind of guidance it uses for it's first stage and whether it was employed on the SU-27 or not. Does anybody know more? And would it be technically possible for us to fire one from our SU-27? Using some offline mods I already figured the SU-27 can fire AMRAAM's without a problem (hehehe), but this is not really a realistic pointer. According to modding the SU-25t can fire HARM missiles and the SU-33 can drop 12 MK-82's from each pylon. It would be cool if someone else knew more about it, and it would also be cool to have an active missile instead of a SARH.

Why does this keep happening. I want to press f5 to see where my buddy is at, but I accidently hit f6..... It causes the game to freeze up for 20 to 30 seconds, which causes me to end up in a burning hole in the ground. Same happens when trying to spectate other players. press f2? Better have autopilot enabled. PC Specs: Intel Core i3 530 2.93ghz 8gb ram, Ddr3 HD7700 Log says nothing, just yet another log that shows the game running normally.

Anything new about it? It's been a major issue for quite a long time already. Running the game in windowed mode is not a solution. Is there anything being done about it because it is damn freaking annoying to be unable to tab out properly, and there is a large chance of the game crashing when you manage to tab out. Please, for the love of god, get this fixed :(

I've gotten this Mi-8 a couple of days ago, and I'm already flying transport missions, which I love! Never thought this'd be so much fun.

I wish there was a way to trail test a module before buying it, why has eagle dynamics not thought of that before?

This chopper looks amazing and I really want it, But is it going to be worth it for multiplayer? How many servers allow you to fly the mi-8? I see the Huey at almost every server but I haven't actually seen the mi-8 active anywhere (or I just haven't looked good enough)

Just a question: When I have no friends online to fly with me in the tomcat, does the aircraft require 2 people at all time or can it be flown fully functional with just 1 pilot?

Can't seem to move my control surfaces at all after the collision. Thats probably why I can't counter the roll. I've even went as far as loading up the right wing with bombs and the left wing empty and then snap the left wing, but with even the slightest bit of wing missing the plane went spiraling out of control. Payload doesn't matter. Is there something wrong with my install? I swear I've seen people fly with half a wing myself. But I can't? It's not something that is completely breaking the module, but as ive lost a part of a wing multiple times already while on a mission (I'm not that skillfull yet :S) It's usefull to remain in control after getting hit.

I've been deliberately ramming my plane into AI aircraft and there was not a single time I could recover. It was like my control surfaces just wouldn't work, even though I had manual reversion enabled.

I lost the same amount of wing as this guy: At about 1.38 minutes. I've seen quite some other people flying with the same amount of wing missing, even saw it myself in multiplayer a long time ago. Yet I couldn't do anything :(

I hope they make it functional soon :)

So I recently got the A-10C, it's really nice. I went flying with it and got hit on my left wing, causing it to break in half. I thought "Oh nevermind, this is okay, i've seen all those people do it on youtube and the aircraft is designed for it" and switched to manual reversion. Yet I couldn't do anything to counter the roll. Nothing. I was just lost, spinning uncontrollably. Can anybody explain to me what the secret is to returning this thing with half a wing?
