  1. Wasn't a photo pod also in the weapons list way back when ? I'd love to do recce. And if it can carry Mk80 series bombs, is it also GBU capable ? Kinda like the F-5, using a buddy laser
  2. 300km/h mini il me semble
  3. Hi, been working on an aéronavale livery, but I have a couple problems : 1 : where on the template is the canopy frame/ antenna ? 2 : I don't understand the description lua, more specifically how to only have the registration show and be fully customisable.
  4. If you stay low and gun the throttle of course you're gonna burn fuel. 300lbs/min + to be exact. However, if you climb a bit and set a 150ppm fuel flow, it's much less thirsty and you still get a decent turn of speed, all the while having a round number to do the maths with.
  5. Something I noticed while making a free flight mission Having these outlines for all the objects would make placing stuff way quicker. Hoping this gets noticed
  6. Found how to do it, if anyone needs my solution for reference : Add 1 Trigger : Add radio item to set flag A to value X Add radio item to set flag A to value Y Add 1 Switched condition trigger : If A=X, then do JTAC script Add 1 Switched condition trigger : If A=Y, then do Stop JTAC script Quite an elegant solution.
  7. Is there any way to pause the jtac's execution somehow ? I have a Predator orbiting near my target group ( bunch of trucks ), but I'd like to be able to disable it with, say, a radio command, so I can use buddy lase from a player aircraft with the same code ( to be able to use both the drone and buddy lasing on aircraft I can't change the code in while in sim )
  8. Doesn't the Harrier 2 carry the HARM ? Looking at BMS videos of its employment even without HTS pod we could use the onboard sensor. The Sidearm is nice and all but I'd prefer having a bit more range against the nastier SAM threats out there.
  9. Happens to me too sometimes, was in the hover advancing at 40 ish knots, slowly adjusting descent rate with the throttle, and then the lift drops and I go from 500fpm to 1500, water flickering on and off until I hit the drink. I think it might be an error with the water/wet thrust values alternating with the dry thrust. and thus killing the thrust we have. It also only happens some of the time. Dry thrust landings go without a hitch.
  10. Have had this issue as well, and a friend of mine too. Sometimes on landing mode water refuses to flow with throttle at full power. Bug ? Feature ? ;) Can anyone enlighten us ?
  11. Master baiters, even.
  12. Thread seems to be slowing down on page 29, mig 29 confirmed ?
  13. Could also be a rotor.
  14. Frankly, that's just evil :p
  15. Honestly was hoping for MiG23 or 27. Would have been the logical progression from the 21, and with the tomcat swing wing knowledge magnitude would have acquired before the split...
  16. The Super Tweet ? Super bird, 70s...
  17. Watching the community trying to figure it out has been hilarious
  18. Supermarine swift then :D
  19. Super King Air hype.

    New update

Thanks a lot for the fixes, it is miles ahead of what it used to be, thoroughly enjoy flying it :D A la chasse, mes amis !
  21. Yeah but it'll be the FA2 won't it ? Personally not too bothered about A2A combat.
  22. The British liveries look sexier anyway :p And it's a Frenchman saying that. ;)
  23. The AV-8B NA is basically the GR7, so it's not that unrealistic.
  24. Hello, I had an issue with the FM where it would make me bounce uncontrollably on the ground and take off again at 100 knots, resulting in a low altitude chandelle and a crash. After some testing, I found out that it may be a gain increase in the FBW, where the same stick position yields more deflection of the surfaces when the wheels touch the ground. In practice, that means that fine control of the attitude on the rollout during aerobraking is manually impossible, and the only cure I have found is to let go of the controls as soon as the plane touches down and entrust the FBW to let the nose down gently, which it never does. I know the FBW is due an overhaul, just wanted to bring this to light in case no one else had.
