  1. No aerobraking for me as well, nose smacking the ground shortly after touchdown. Hopefully this will get fixed in the next update, as it was working fine before.
  2. Yup noticed that as well, as much as I try to make a smooth rotation the M2K jerks upwards. Not sure what has happened.
  3. IMHO in-game cut scenes would be a big departure from what DCS stands out for as a realistic sim platform :smilewink: I was actually thinking of the opposite, that more hardcore sim elements should be implemented like the need to actually turn the aircon on to keep the avionics (and your head!) from heating up, and the effects (or counter of) from wearing a G-suit, and other factors that may impact your performance as a pilot. Cut scenes would ruin the immersion, because they simply don't occur in real life. That's just me, I try to simulate RL experience, heck I even wear gloves, maybe I should buy a suit and hook it up to a blow dryer
  4. Yup I wouldn't mind the TM version. Just me being Ukrainian and a big fan of A/G engagements :D so it would (may) have been my plane of choice.. I'm still hoping that one day Belsimtek would perhaps surprise us by announcing that they're working on a high fidelity version :joystick:
  5. +1 for a high fidelity Su-25
  6. I overshot a taxi turn and went over the grass. That was basically the end of my flight because no amount of wet thrust was able to make that plane move again, not sure if this is also the way off-tarmac ground resistance is modelled.
  7. I remember the aircraft marshalling in Digital Integration's Super Hornet. which was quite a feat for a simulation. Bringing the airfield to life; having a working ground crew, especially a crew chief and some aircraft marshalling on the ground would add a lot of immersion to DCS.
  8. Same problem here, the new update completely wrecked the cockpit view!! For me it's unplayable at the moment. I can't even pan up when looking to the sides. Hope this gets fixed real soon. 2.0 is still fine.
  9. Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster here, though I've been playing DCS for over 3 years now, all on Steam version. I've never had the kind of issue or difficulty where I had to resort to the forum, but this one is extremely frustrating. Even since I moved from the Steam version to the standalone one last month the game has been crashing endlessly. I drop a CBU, it crashes (though I've figured that bomb effect is the culprit), I join a multiplayer session it crashes, an hour and a half in a campaign, RTB after mission success....crashes! :noexpression: I've never experienced these kind of CTD problems with the Steam version. I actually don't even remember the game crashing once to be honest. Are you guys still experiencing frequent CTD? Maybe it's my luck. Cheers. Logs.rar
