  1. TM Warthog without extension and I am playing with -7 and -7 curves for pitch and roll. Jury is still out but it seems to have a pretty large deadzone naturally. F-18 I use +15 and +15 curves.
  2. Same problem for me except I found it toggled on and of with DMS Right Long. I will have to try DMS Down Long and Up Long.
  3. Ok that helps and is good to know. Maybe I screwed it up by binding something??? I will go back and check. It flew great and rolled great after I got the flaps up!
  4. On my first flight I took off and pulled the gear up. I noticed that the roll rate was limited as described by others in this thread. I started looking at things trying to figure it out which led me to an outside view that showed my flaps still extended. I would have to go back and look at what I had to switch but it may have been that I programmed to the auto mode. But it was not that way when I found it first flight. (Warthog Hotas) (When I say programmed I mean my flaps switch on the HOTAS)
  5. I noticed a dramatically different performance in roll rate depending on the flap setting.
  6. Dido. This happened when I switched out my flight of f-18's to different aircraft to deal with the D/L issue.
  7. Yep....same problem here. Angels 22, clear weather, no mountains and nothing in the way. 6-8 miles and it appears to drop the link. I can't remember if the tacan was on or not....
  8. Here it is. https://www.docdroid.net/tVm7f1A/dcs-world-gnd-and-vad-charts-v405.pdf
  9. Yep. I am probably about to show my ignorance but I think I heard it was magnetic deviation???? But you are correct the runway number is only what I consider an approximation of the actual heading you need. If you google "approach plates" for Caucaus you should find a pdf that has all of the correct info you are looking for. (Patterns, tower channels, GPS, etc)
  10. I have the approach plates for the airports in my kneeboard. They contain the gps coordinates for the runway thresholds. You can manually enter these as a waypoint so you have the exact center of the runway, not a tacan that is typically off to the side. That and the correct runway heading and you have everything you need without using f10. Also a good way to manage 0/0 conditions without ILS.
  11. Outstanding! Thanks guys! It is my brother hosting so I think I can get him to make the adjustment. I had not seen that setting, I will find it and change.
  12. I have done a search but am coming up empty. Does anyone know why the buttkicker with simshaker and soundmodule would not be working when in multiplayer? It works great until I jump onto someone elses multiplayer server and then nothing. Any suggestions? Hope this was the right place to ask?
  13. 10-4. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of what is available as a work around as it sits right now. Keep at it even though it is frustrating. I was going NUTS not being able to do it and then one day...... Keep tinkering with your curves and trying some of the tips in this thread. You never know which day your are going to sit down and it is going to click. I sure didn't!
