  1. That's correct, FAB-250 weights about 250kg out of which 120kg is an explosive material. The guide is now avaialble in digitalcombatsimulator.com download section: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2101898/
  2. And I managed to lock a satelite today:
  3. I didn't know it can do it, tried it on couple of pdfs and actually it works quite well. Here is the guide in doc format. Let me know if you spot any mistakes, eventually I want to upload it to DCS download section.
  4. Everyone knows that Su-25T is fun to fly:thumbup: When I started to learn it I begun to collect all relevant info, but it is all over the place and quite a lot of it is outdated. So here is my effort to put all of it in one place: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2101898/ Should be usefull not only for beginners. All comments are welcomed :smilewink: Link to dropbox download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/78eh74yg5gy179b/Su-25T%20Essentials%20v01.pdf?dl=0 and word version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6blgek3akqpcsg1/Su-25T%20Essentials.docx?dl=0 .
  5. I tried to use shift button for countermeasures but found it rather troublesome - in the heat of the fight I don't want to think if I pressed shift or I'm releasing flares instead of chaff... :) There are couple of other buttons that can be sacrified, in my case pinky button was the one not used thanks to the Saitek design (and the need for hand rest).
  6. One of many quirks of the X-55 is a single countermeasures button on the stick. So I replaced it with two switches. Original single tactile switch is on the right: I wanted to keep it simple as possible so I just wired pinky switch in parallel, which I never used anyway: Caps were made out of potentiometer knob and piece of 10 mm rod: And modded stick, works perfectly  If I have more time I'll try to do a 3D printed version. Now it's time to mod the throttle. :joystick:
  7. If you want to force using either TS or SR and ATC / brevity codes etc for all players then the server would have to be closed for the public. If we keep it open then the server needs to accomodate for all users. I prefer open server, it keeps it full and there is always lots of going on. And one small change could help to keep everyone happy: force take offs and landings on the left side of the runway as on 104th, hardcore simmers would still follow procedures and ATC and beginners / lonewolfs would not interfere with them.
  8. Can you also add me as a lone wolf. Currently flying Su25T.
  9. Good watch. I didn't know that British sold their jet engines to Russians, what the plonkers!
  10. Maybe something has changed in rc release, try to ask on opentrack forum or report a bug. ED officially supports TrackIR only so headtracker.dll for opentrack/freetrack/FTnoIR are comunity compiled. There are four or five different versions, the most up to date is compiled by 'samtheeagle' that works with Huey, search the forum for the thread. There is also one on FTNoIR website. Basically you have to try them all... In my case none of various 'samtheeagle' versions worked on my PC, I didn't even get headtracker column in settings. FTNoIR version worked but was crashing DCS. I searched eagle forum for couple of days and found one outdated dll that works fine (made by 'prok' I think).
  11. It's most likely a headtracker.dll issue. There are few versions, try a different one, even if it's not the latest.
