    Thanks for the video. We can clearly see you're spawning 1 foot above water. I'm pretty sure one of your mods is causing this. I think the Clemenceau is the designated culprit.

    I found the solution. An uncontrolled AI does not take into account advanced waypoint actions. It looks like a feature, not a bug.
    You need to use Triggered actions on this one. Here's a fix.
    Aircraft starts uncontrolled. It has two triggered actions:
    Invisible, which will be activated at mission start. Start, which will be activated whenever you want. In attached mission, the aircraft will start its engines as soon as the Hornet enters a trigger zone. debug_CAP_strafing_FIX.miz

    Yes. Check your Adobe software. When about to save as PNG, you should be able to select between compression levels.

    HI Jagohu, the tanker frequency was shown red in the mission editor. I changed it to 305, contacted the tanker, and the basket went out just fine (no need for a "Hold" command).

    Update:
    Since 2.8, JTACs can now name AGM-65E and AGM-65F (e.g. "request AGM-65E"). ✅ Devs told me that JTACs are programmed to ask for cannon when the target is "soft" (truck , light tank). Example: if you target a T-72, JTAC will ask for GBUs. If you target a truck, JTACs will ask for cannon (unless your ammo is depleted). This is expected behaviour. An issue is yet to be solved: when an aircraft carries a gunpod, JTACs answer "request [nothing]" (reported in another thread).

    Your updater is not up-to-date. Download the latest version here (DCS_updater_64bit.zip), unzip the file in the /bin/ folder of your DCS installation, then run it.

    Go to "%TEMP%" (just copy-paste this in your file browser). Delete all "DCS..." folders you can find at this location.

    Devs answered: this is correct as is. In the real aircraft, collective and cyclic are not movable as long as the hydraulics system is not up and running.

    Hi. The map doesn't really "glich out". As explained here, the 0.25M layer of the Caucasus raster charts is incomplete, probably because it was done before BS2 extended the terrain to the east.
    I recently asked devs to complete this layer, or to let me do it since I'm preparing a raster chart mod for Caucasus.

    Devs answered me: the new refresh rate of the ABRIS map display is correct as is. The real thing had the same refresh rate.
    The speed indication bug fix is being worked on, but this seems to be more complex than it looks.

    No need to rename the main folder: custom views are stored in "Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\View\SnapViews.lua".
    Here's mine: it contains two entries, one for the A-10A and one for the Bf-109K.

    When you're looking for a specific command, first look into the aircraft category. The rule of thumb is: "if the command exists for the aircraft, its 'General' counterpart will NOT work".
    If you look for "transpose" in the Su-25T category, you will find the camera transpose command, and it still works as expected.
