    Hello Willie.
Please try this if you haven't already:
Run a DCS cleanup and repair. Disable your mods (start with the UH-60 mod).
  4. Flappie's post in Weird noise when "solo flight" option is enabled was marked as the answer
It's been reported before. It's caused by the Solo flight option.
    I'll bump the internal report.

  6. Flappie's post in Random System Failures Bug was marked as the answer
If that happens to you again, here's a step-by-step guide:
    1. Open the .miz file using 7zip, WinRAR, Winzip... as @razo+r explained.
    2. Extract the file called "mission" then edit it with Notepad.
    3. Locate the section called "failures" and empty it. It should look like this after your edit:
    ["failures"] = { }, -- end of ["failures"] 4. Save your modifications.
    5. Put the modified "mission" file into the .miz file, accept overwriting.
    6. Close the .miz file, then fly the mission.

If you see this issue again, I'd be really interested to know how it happens. Don't hesitate to ping me.

  8. Flappie's post in VHF COMM (device 20), set_frequency() not working above 146.000 Mhz was marked as the answer
Hi. I've installed dcs-insight and this is what I see in the Huey:
getDevice:getFrequency(20) gives me a correct value for 127.000 (127000923). getDevice:getFrequency(20) gives me a correct value for 149.975 (149975350). getDevice:setFrequency(20, 127000923) briefly sets VHF to 127.000 then the frequency returns to the one I set in the cockpit. getDevice:setFrequency(20, 145000000) briefly sets VHF to 145.000 then the frequency returns to the one I set in the cockpit. getDevice:setFrequency(20, 149975944) briefly sets VHF to 146.000 then the frequency returns to the one I set in the cockpit. I'll report this.

  9. Flappie's post in YJ-12 is in a wrong place after udaption!!! was marked as the answer
Hi. I cannot reproduce your issue. Chances are a mod is causing this. Please attach your dcs.log.old file (from Saved Games/DCS.../Logs).
  10. Flappie's post in Aileron TRIM inverted was marked as the answer
OK, I'm able to reproduce this issue with my MSFFB2. It seems to only happen with FFB joysticks (can't reproduce this with my Warthog).
    I'll report this issue.

@Limaro Add DCS main folder as an exception in your antivirus. It might speed up loading time.

Zips are only generated by DCS when there is a crash. 😉
It looks like a GPU crash:

Use DDU to uninstall your GPU driver. Reboot your PC, then install a fresh AMD GPU driver.

  18. Flappie's post in UH-1H Huey - Comms menu when Easy Comms OFF was marked as the answer
It works for me with UHF (position 2).
Remember that when you're in the air, you need to use " RAlt + \ " keybind.
    UHF works.trk
  19. Flappie's post in No Screenshots in Controls Setup?? was marked as the answer
I reported this to the team, but things didn't turn out as I expected. 😕
In the meantime, I noticed that the picture is saved to the clipboard anyway. That means you can take screenshots, but you need to paste the clipboard to mspaint/GIMP/Photoshop/whatever every single time you press the PrintScreen key.
