  1. You should have seen the AI's flying before all the fixes and workarounds currently in the missions. Unfortunately it's up to ED.
  2. The thread is under chit chat, I hope we can have some leeway with comments. Besides, I don't see how stating one's preferences in what could come next is either undermining what has come until now, or negating that those points are already in the feauture list. I also hope I'm not forced to thank ED for what we've got up until now every time I post about future stuff, not directly referencing something is not "ignoring" it.

  5. Yeah I've already disabled it with stylist, I was just curious to know wether a native solution was there or not.

  8. I also use Windows Defender on Win 10 and never had it flag a DCS file as malware. I do get some blatant false positives every now and then on my less clean laptop though, so if you have a lot of stuff on your PC it might very well be just your heuristics wrongly picking it up.

  13. If it's the same as the A-10C MWS, it'll also fire with ATGMs.
  14. If they can't have laser guided mavs in the sim I don't think they'll add laser guided rockets unfortunately.
  15. On the contrary, I always go with the M151. Even though they are less effective than they should be against soft targets, at least they don't require a direct hit. I'm not sure about IRL employement, but rockets are often defined as area of effect weapons, so I don't really expect to score a direct hit on a BRDM with a MK5 anytime soon, not unless I fire a whole salvo of them.

  21. Had to download a small JSGME mod to get the exports to work, and then just set up a monitor config file. I'll see if I can find the thread.

  23. The AI won't fight if they have no ammo left, so they're only given a few rounds in the editor. Normally they fire and miss, very rarely they manage to hit you or your wingman with the fraction of a second of firing time they have: you were very unlucky.
  24. About 12000 feet at 270 knots GS yields a nice 220 KIAS or so speed, which if I remember correctly is the speed used IRL with A-10Cs.
  25. Maybe it's me, but I can see some very small differences between the two screenshots. Maybe you simply spawned in an area of the map that was only slightly changed? Try over Kutaisi.
