Было такое при установке на W10. Сработал антивирус винды и сразу удалил его. Я просто восстановил его, загрузка пошла после перезапуска. Разработчики, иконка "Обновить DCS" а меню "Пуск" не работает, при нажатии выдает ошибку, для установки обновления приходится запускать игру.
