  1. Ooops was looking at the DEBUG tool
  2. Where is AUDIO CONFIRMATION in the tray tool? I don't see it
  3. I thought of that but again, my hands were away from everywhere.
  4. If had a few occasions where ( thru no input on my part ) the landing gear just drops for no reason. I could be at 400kts and then BOOM, the gear lever drops and down they come. Anyone else experience this?
  5. I have Oculus Home running along with the tray tool. Is there a certain sequence to run HOME, TRAY TOOL and DCS?
  6. Do you ever raise the Pixel Per Display Overide in the tray tool? I have PD set to 1.6 in DCS
  7. OK< Here's the issue. I use the tray tool and select DISABLED for ASW. It doesn't seem to have an effect so I go into the cockpit, hit CTRL 1 and it does nothing to stop the stuttering. I hit CTRL 1-2-3 and 4 to see which one helps but its never the same. WEIRD! I have most of my options OFF in the DCS menu per the other posts on this matter. Pullin g=my hair out to find a happy spot.
  8. I have searched my butt off but I remember reading a post where if you hit the CTROL 1-2-3-or 4 while in the sim, it disables ( I THINK ) the MSAA or ??? I have tried multiple setups and hit on a few that work but it never stays the same. Each time I fly, something is screwed up. I know this has been beaten into the ground but still have no solid settings for performance with Oculus. I overclocked my GTX 970 and set the MB/CPU to PERFORMANCE in the BIOS. I use the Oculus debug tool as well after reading tons of posts. I can't seem to fire the magic bullet.
  9. Ah OK. Now it makes sense. Thanks
  10. I am not sure what you mean Emmy. Would I not select A/P below the UFC again? Or is there a DSICONNECT switch I am not aware of
  11. If I have the autopilot engaged and set to Bar Alt, I cannot find a way to disconnect it. I have to move the stick quite a bit to get it to disengage. What am I missing?
  12. I was on the ramp and decided to blow the canopy inside Oculus Rift. COOL.... then I punched out. HOLY COW, I rode it down and man was it a ride. LOL
  13. Wow, never thought of looking at the SOUND end of this. I am using 2 SSD drives (500GB ea) Yeah dburn, I had posted questions thinking I was in another forum or vice versa. Apologies.
  14. Thanks again folks. While this isn't the resolution of 2D, you can't beat the first look of the cockpit dash when you 1st get in there. Holy Batshit batman! I did my first loop over the Stennis with my head tilted back. UNBELIEVABLE. Can you imagine what it will be in 20 years ( when I'm dead)
  15. OK, Changing the nVidia Control Panel option to PERFORMANCE from Quality seems to have done the trick. I am now smooth. Now I can start bring up the other settings for eye candy. VR is definitely blurry and low res but man, talk about being in the cockpit. Holy Cow! I did bring up the Anis Filtering to 8X, dropped the trees down and the textures to Medium also. Thanks gents for the help.
  16. I will make more adjustments as you both suggest. Stand by
  17. Why no pixel density?
  18. That helped. Still get a few stutters. Is that normal?
  19. WOW! Awesome info. I'm trying it right now Thanks
  20. I am still getting the "jitters" and its unnerving. Stuttering as I move my head around the cockpit. I had nvidia control AA and no effect. MSAA set to off as well.
  21. What is ASW and how do you adjust it, or make sure its on Probably going to kick myself when I hear the answer

  23. Well, in my infinite wisdom I looked at the plugs on the computer and noticed that I had put the Oculus in a USB 2.0 slot. That fixed a lot of my issues. Still got some stuttering in the cockpit tho
  24. I didn't notice this yesterday. It was probably because it was new but now it just wigs my brain out. Let me ask you, how blurry are the buildings around you. While flying thru the Persion Gulf, the buildings are extemly garbled.
