Got my Oculus up and running. Two things that bother me: #1. Screen Door effect. I have read TONS on this and know that it is what it is, it's there so what are the key ways to lessen its effect. and more importantly #2. While in the cockpit, when I move my head, it is very choppy. Not fluid. I have made one adjustment after another, watch tube vids and it is still very low frame rate. Any ideas guys?

Being unfamiliar with the ME, is there a tanker mission for something OTHER than the S-3?

I haven't had time or the desire to learn the ME so was wondering if there was a place we can get user made missions. I want one for learning the tanker other than the S3 mission. Maybe one with a KC135 or something.

I read something somewhere but now I search and cannot find it. Is V.A. working on the F18 and if so, what does it do?

Jumped in the hornet and couldn't get nothing to work. Looked in my controls menu and nothing is there anymore. I now have to remap the whole *** thing.

Thanks SR. My first thought was that it was seeing the window light. I have the blinds closed so I selected the CAMERA VIEW in the TIR software. I noticed some red dots below the three white ones. Took me about 2 seconds to realize it was my Walmart reading glasses. LOL I'm still not as stable as I would like it so I'm dinking around with the deadzones on each axis in DCS.

Any suggestions on settings for the F-18? I have it setup correctly but the view keeps snapping to the rear all the time.

I think I missed this on the HUD. I selected TACAN on the HSI but saw now identifier on the HUD compass. I will fly it again as this is probably just human error. Will report back.

I realize that the waypoint tick mark is visible on the HUD but was wondering, while I'm tracking to a TACAN frequency / location, is there any symbiology on the HUD similar to the waypoint tic mark on the compass rose?

Is the PLTAFORM ALTITUDE the level in which you intercept a glideslope?

I will admit that in flight refueling is a B***C. Especially when the S-3 starts turning. Anyone having issues connecting?
