i somwhere heard, they arent able to hoover long, and its more like a slow descent. Engines runing over 100% and they also need tons of water for the engine to cool it down in hoover mode. And they arent able to take off 100% verticaly like a chopper is that true?

in this video an A10c got hit by a missile. He lost a good amount of his wing. i noticed that not all know that you can switch the Mav camera also from Wide to noarrow like the tgp cam (pressing V). I dont know if its possible with both types (D,H) but it helps to identify target at max mav range :-)

One question about Aerial refueling. Is the russian tanker the only one to do the refueling, or do we get a pipe like this at release:

Jop so geht es am einfachsten. Die 3 Bildschirm Konfiguration zieht aber deutlich mehr leistung ab wie die 1 Bildschirm Konfi. Darum bin ich bei NTTR wieder zurück auf die 1 bildschirm einstellung. Der leistugsverlust bei NTTR 1 bildschirm zu NTTR 3 bildschirm ist bei mir etwa 50% also nicht wenig^^

Ja mann muss aber auch dazu sagen das 50% der Leute die hier wegen Porblemen posten,vorallem bei den fps, einfach nicht wissen was sie tun. Mann kann hald je nach system nicht die gleichen Grafik einstellungen benutzen wie in der Beta. Sind hald doch ein bischen mehr statische Objekta da. Bei mir im Squad gibt es auch erfahrene Piloten die geflucht haben über die Map. Nach ein bischen Nachhaken stellte sich dan raus das einfach alles (settings und so zeugs) rüberkopiert worden ist und die Grafik einstellungen nicht mal beachtet worden sind, da sie davon ausgegangen sind das es funktioniern muss so, hat ja auch in 1.5 funktionert. Dann muss man hald texturen auf low stellen wens ned reicht da gehn auch die rukkler weg. (hat nichts mit dem stutter zu tun was die meisten hier berichten, das ist eine andere sache)

every time i fly low over vegas i have to imagine a video where two Mirage flying just a few feat over a desert. i dont know the link to the video , or where it was but i always wish to have RAZBAM Mirage to do the same...

ui 6.5GB ist aber doch ne menge da bleibt noch knapp 1.5 gb fürs System ich würde das leben am Abgrund nennen^^ mit diesen Informationen würde ich dich auf jeden fall dazu ermutigen in die 8 GB zu investieren manitu...

beim arbeitspeicher gibt es 2 zustände: du hast genug Ram und das Spiel läuft oder du hast zuwenig und das spiel kakkt ab. ist das greifbar genug für dich? nevad als multiplayer host zocken mit freunden? (hat nix mit einer serverfarm zu tun) kannste vergessen mit 8GB ausser du startest all 10 minuten neu. es wird nicht besser laufen wen du mehr speicher frei hast. wiviel nevada tatsächlich braucht muss dir jemand anderes sagen, dass weiss ich nicht aus dem Kopf aber ich bin sicher keine 8GB nur für die nevada map

Hallo Manitu, Also Ich bin kein Profi was DCS und Arbeitspeicher angeht, aber 8GB ist schon wirklich sehr sehr knapp. Ich würde auf jeden Fall mal in ram investieren. Wirklich vorteile bringt dir mehr ram aber auch nicht wie du schon selber geschrieben hast. Solange es läuft ist ja alles gut. Meine Meinung dazu ist 16GB Ram ist absoulutes minimum wen du mal einen Server starten willst, wirst du schnell merken warum^^. Ich selber habe 32 GB ram (für video Bearbeitung und das ganze) Und ich würde nie unter 16GB gehen auch für den letzten rechner den ich im keller gefunden habe würde ich minimum 16GB rein basteln, weil 8GB einfach zuwenig ist heutzutage....:joystick:

Beim ersten Start des ME aktiviert DCS den nevada key, schaut das ihr internet habt und das das aktivierungsfenster sich nicht hinter dcs versteckt. Ich musste es mit alt tab in den fokus rufen.

Moin, ich war gestern Schlechtwetter und ILS Landungen am üben. Als ich einen Flughafen im Norden angeflogen bin, bekam ich von dem ATC ein QFE von 2764 Als ich nun meinen Höhenmesser einstellen wollte ist mir aufgefallen das ich den gar nicht soweit runterstellen kann. Gibt es da noch irgend einen trick? bei der Landung hatte ich dan tatsächlich etwa 600m differenz. mfg und schönes Wochenende (vielleicht mit nttr :))
