Hi, I purchased the viggen yesterday and i had a problem while assigning the radio buttons. my only option is to assign keyboard buttons, i cant use the joystick or thruststick or any other device, only keyboard works. what am i doing wrong? everything else works without problem DCS BETA 1.5.6

I tryd CCRP Bombing today with the mirage and i had noticed that the MK82 are precise like a laser guided bomb, where all other CCRP deliverys overshot the target. I did always the same, approach at 10'000ft, wait until target is under my nose, dive, designate target, level out, release. Mk82 are always on targe while GBU-12 and the beluga overshot constantly. I used TAS

im not a pro, but i fly the mirage alot, i do lose locked targets when i do one of the following: change radar range, slew the radar up and down to much,turn the aircraft aqway from the locked target or have the landing gear deployd^^, other than that i cant remember to lose locked targets on the radar. is it realy immediately? did you checked bindings? mybe your enemy starts jamming?

actually i cant tell you this, i re installed DCS after a long brake, the mission in the M2000c folders are named Mission 01 FINAL, every mission has the Final tag and was last modified 17.04 except the mission 06 that i already changed to a new version. where can i get all the updated new missions? yes i did a full aligment of the INS. i have to try it this evening again EDIT: is the first link in this post the most up to date campaign? https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2979206&postcount=1

i also have a problem with this mission, as soon as i arrive at WP4 in my first flythrough some dude on the radio tell me to fly back to wp3 and than back to wp4, but when im close to wp4 i get the message: MISSION FAILED, and it says i didnt fly my flightplan. I get the message 1-3 miles out of wp4 as soon as my wingmate tells me the stuff.

I also can confirm Mission 01 -07 have bugged hsi, somhow im so bad i didn even noticed that my compass is 100° off, these missions (01-07)are in January, and have to be transformed in another month to work good.

best tip i got: fix your eys on the tanker nothing else. ignore the basket completely, even the connect is easier when my looking at the tanker. this really did the trick for me

yeah i was finishing them off with the A/G Gun and thought why not lets get them the magic II i killed like 4 mortars a bunch of infantery and the AA with two Magic's, i can replicate that without problem the rockets will always fly short of your flypath, after some shots you can guess pretty good where they are landing. They do explode when they hit the ground. and they fly very very straight compared to a Aim 9 fired at the ground.

had the same problem yesterday, downloaded mission 6 from the mission 6 thread and then it worked like it should! i even shot 2 magic II at the mortars and killed the AA with the Magic II^^

just a few questions from a returning pilot Hi, Im back to DCS after a ~1year pause First i want to thank you again for this beautyfull plane! i cant say how much i enjoyed to fall from heaven with mach 2 and unleash the mantras all over those enemys. but i have a few questions, and i think its better to hijack this thread than to do a new one. 1.)As soon as i powered my radios and set them to Pal, i cant change modes (M/P) and i cant change the frequency manual, the sliders always snap back. I dont know if its my fault, but in the trainings missions it woks great so i realy dont know what im doing wrong here. 2.)In the Mirage2000 spezial menu are two options (Gyroscope drift, and already aligned INS) now the Context menu on those two option confuses me a bit, when i have both option checked i dont have to aligne the INS, and i dont have any drift? does this also work on multiplayer servers if i have them checked? has it the same precision like i would align it myself with the exact starting coords? 3.) i can mount 4 mantra pods on the plane, but only the inner two pods are working. My fault or bug? (i also cant jettison the pods once all missiles are gone, i always have to leave a rocket in there, so i can jettison the pods) 4.) normaly in CCRP mode i was able to mark a spot on the ground with my diamond piper in the hud, now i cant get it to work, in my understanding i have to be maxiumum 10 miles away and then press the targetlock button, i tryd every button aviable on my hotas, and checked all the bindings but i can't lock that spot. 5.) when i'm bombing in CCIP mode, i get a big X in my HUD, i still get the bomb piper, and it works realy good. but the big X is annoying, i tryd different release hights and velocities, but as soon as i drop my nose to the ground the big X appears. i hope someone can help me. I also want to thank you for this great campaign! enjoing every second of it.

Any news when we get the mantra pods on the outer pylons? i use this aircraft mostly for A/G because im to bad at A/A :) mantra pods are still my favorite weapon great damge, forward firing and realy accurat. Its also my favorite module beside the A10c. A awesome plane from awesome devs!

also when flying long path straight bombs gone NOT ALIGNED so you have to make a turn to get the GPS Back

i just tried it and it seams to work can you provide us a trackfile? mybe we can see what is wrong also make sure to dont do spaces when input K O P is wrong KOP this is right

I still do this after long time in the A10c on the left mfd TGP right mfd MAV search target with tgp slave mav to tgp boat switch middle position tms forward short and riffle. my team mates always report that the AGM doesnt hit the target. I cant confirm this with this method i hit all the time

i want to see that A10c with 8x105 and 12 mavs pls^^
