  1. The release
  2. Yes, it has been awfully quiet here this week Might this be the calm before the storn?
  3. I'd be happy with just a release date
  4. I'm not sure, the new ones are of a higher resolution, thus easier to read
  5. This. Razbam has been exemplary in their communication with the community for this module!
  6. Awesome!
  7. All aboard the Hype Train!
  8. The Anti-skid system of the Swiss F-5Es would be very nice. whenever i try to land the tiger without the brake chute my Tiger wants to reenact Tokyo Drift
  9. Considering that a 11.3 kg warhead impacts the Shilka with around Mach 2 i believe the crew would have a "serious emotional event" and don't forget the warjead would explode on top of the vehicle where the armor is thinnest. I'd say that it would definitely be a mission kill if not a complete loss
  10. you need to see a cross to slew it, that is acces by depressing the Radar fixtrigger to it's first detent (T1) the fix is done via second detent (TV). T0 is the postion of the triiger if it's not depressed, without a mod this can't be mapped on a two-stage-trigger like a Warthog stick has, so you have to assing T0 to a seperate button or use a mod (https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=181720)
  11. I think most overalls do that... But on a more serious note: Great work! the Viggen is still my favorite bird to fly in DCS, even though I didn't really wanted it on it's announcement, but after reading up on it i fell in love
  12. Of course, I will try that on release day!
  13. Shame that the Sidearm didn't make it into this update of the guide. I wonder how it aquires targets, via optical sensor like a maverick or over a display like a HARM? Also will the Sidearm be available on release?
  14. Absolutley beautiful, I love the samll details like the worn sticker and the finger print on the bottom around the NWS button, I mean you're likeley never going to see that finger print but Heatblur put it in anyway! This module will be a day one purchase for me!
  15. Thanks!
  16. While reading the guide i came across the term "witch hat" multiple times. What exactly is that?
  17. Same here, i'm from switzerland. maybe there's a regional lock?
  18. Could we get the manual (or a draft of it) before release for studying? It worked well for the guys fron Heatblur with the Viggen manual as they used it as a manner to find typos and other mistakes
  19. One question still remains. How is this easter egg triggered? Like the HAL9000 via the 666 code?
  20. Not necessarily for us swiss guys, the Mirage IIIS had some substantial differences from the M-IIIC like a diffrenet radar
  21. What did you di to access it? And how do you control it? I only knew about the 666 code
  22. Sadly they were retired in 1994, mostly because of structural weaknesses Who offerd Estonia Gripens for free? and did Estonia accept them?
  23. If you're going to do fictional liveries something like this would be cool I still wonder why the air force never really wanted this, would have been great in our terrain
  24. I have question regarding the nozzle lever: In the book owner's Workshop Manual Harrier it's mentioned that the nozzle lever has a fixed stop at 81 degrees and the lever needs to be lifted over said stop to access full 90° travel of the nozzles. my question is now, how do you do that? by pressing a button to "lift" the lever or by using something like the idle detent on the Thrustmaster Warthog?
  25. The Walkman should get implemented in ALL DCS modules, it's just that good
