  1. Hey, I feel like it's pretty much impossible to wing stall the plane now (or at least it's to hard) and the plane seens to be able to maintain 21 AoA turns with ease (without flaps), this part feels odd to me
  2. Wow, just flew it, it feels more realistic IMO right now (remembers me a bit more of the 109s in the IL2 series a bit now) the plane looks to be less affected by AoA. But honestly, Poor P51s...
  3. What? How to solve? Does it have any relation to the new Shield icon? EDIT: Problem solved, if anyone wants to lock/delete this thread
  4. My Steam DCS is still at 1.5.3
  5. Here's a demonstration of ''how'' to handle the K4 in a dogfight (when fighting at low speeds) I say ''how'', because everybody has their way of flying this plane. The reason I love it is because if you want to master it, you have to learn how to Feel it :pilotfly: hope it helps (dunno if you can use the Rctrl+Rshift command in the replays, if you can, I think it's a nice idea to do so) K4 Stall demonstration in a dogfight.trk
  6. Ok, so here's the track I think I stalled the plane like 5 times, and I did what I always do 4 out of 5 times. I trust ED FMs since I own pretty much every module they did and I love them. I mastered the K4 by flying it a lot... So you need to practice. Take a look for yourself. I get to a very low speed (particularly in the last stall), than I smoothly for the nose down while still maintaining perfect control. It's hard in the begging but I mastered it, you guys can do it too. EDIT: The last stall was the best example (the one with the lowest speed) Btw, If you watch it inside the cockpit, you'll be able to see that I was still in perfect control, you just have to understand that any harder engine outputs can make a light airplane a very unstable guy to control. With that in mind, you just have to reduce your power when you're about to stall, and remain in control with SLIGHT inputs (the plane is stalling, so it will do most of the job for you) K4 Stall demonstration.trk
  7. Solution to your problem, the K4 has a tendency to roll to the left when stalling, when you are at the top of your Zoom climb (you're almost stalling), reduce your throtlle to almost Idle, and hold the stick fully to the right to try and keep the plane stable, also, DON'T PULL BACK ON THE STICK, let the plane do the loop by himself, you'll see how easy it is. (I Might post a track later)
  8. The tracer effects worked here, but the K4's Mw-50 injection stoped working. I repaired the game to get it back working.
  9. Edited the .lua and my Mw-50 doesn't work anymore
  10. Seen a post were people said that you can change the belt by edditing the .lua files. How?:helpsmilie:
  11. Is this normal? If I the Mw-50 in the Dora always read a higher pressure than the minimun and maximum permissible values... Things are normal in the Bf-109K4 though. I can send a track later if you guys want me too
  12. Thank you all very much! :) Will try that once I'm home.
  13. So, after some months of learning the A10C... I've finally decided to hop into the CDU a few days ago. What I know how to do: -Use UTM and L/L coordinates to create Waypoints/Markpoints (and set their elevation) -Use the Divert mode to go to airfieds. -Use the Alignment options -and maybe some other things that I don't quite remember. (You can see that I only know the basics) What I'd like to learn: -Delete Markpoints/waypoints -Learn the use of the Ofset mode. (When I use it it works the same as the normal Waypoint mode, So I'd like to know what is it for.) -Learn how to create new/change my flight plan(s). -Everytime you create a markpoint, the previous one disapears. Is there any way to make the TAD show more markpoints at the same time? :helpsmilie: :helpsmilie: :helpsmilie: One question that is not about the CDU: How to use the radio backup navigation? (Is it like te Sabre?)
  14. Done: Not yet in HD though [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFc7eI7C1-A&feature=youtu.be[/ame] EDIT: Looks like it's in HD now...
  15. Rendering a quick 2 minutes video showing exactly what I did, video had some FPS problems (for some reason everytime I record the video is a bit laggy, even if the game is running 60 fps+) I'll post the link in this topic once It's uploaded.
  16. I've marked the simple NWS option and it works now...
  17. Neither of the methods worked. Buzzles, tested again today. There's also no way I have a faulty pump since I went into the Cold start instant action mission, the plane is intact.
  18. Start up the plane normaly, hold the S key for the stearing (see the animation of the button being pressed in the stick) and try to turn, doesn't turn. :helpsmilie: Managed to go full power and turn the plane with the rudder only. retract the landing gear, the nose wheel doesn't retract
  19. I actually I fly with them Open 100% of the time, automatic radiators have killed my engine a lot already, and I don't really notice more drag with them open. In the Fw190D9, yeah sure, but the P51D and 109's radiator create almost no drag at all.
  20. Thanks for the tip Solty, tried this today, worked great for me! It really does cool the mustang's engine faster. Managed to bag myself 2 109s and 1 190 in the ACG server earlier today. The 109 was trying to run, but I was indeed using WEP and I was able to catch it after sometime. Thanks again Solty, hope to see you arround the servers
  21. Ok, what is the block of the P51D we have in game? D30NA? If that's it, shouldn't it have 75 rating? EDIT: Which fuel does the P51D we have in game uses?
  22. Cool, Never seen it though. We are really missing some nice Korean Era servers :v
  23. Sure :) Though there aren't many Sabre/MiG-15 servers arround...
